I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, and this one truly stands out as one of the best! As a Clemson alum, I loved the fantastic location—ideal for visiting campus and exploring nearby hiking trails. The home was incredibly quiet and peaceful, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully well-stocked with everything I could possibly need. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after a day of hiking. The host was outstanding, and the check-in and check-out process couldn’t have been easier. With all my experience for comparison, I can confidently say this place is top-notch. I highly recommend it and would absolutely stay here again!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. The house was perfect, the views spectacular, the boat dock and beach area offered easy entry into the warm water, and the sunsets were picture perfect. If I had questions (which I did) they were quick to help me out. Their team was accommodating and responsive. My guest enjoyed the full extent of the amenities offered. Everyone raved about the place and no one wanted to leave. We liked the place so much, we booked a return visit next year. Thank you Chris, Darieann, and Dave for the wonderful hospitality! We were treated like royalty.

Jocassee Gorge Mountain Lodge on creek-Waterfront

The accommodations were extremely comfortable given we had a group of sixteen people and most were young children. There was so much room to move, play and make memories. From the hot tub to the creek and our amazing hospitable neighbors, we could not have asked for a more perfect spot for a big family. We hiked, fished and caught trout (get a fishing license) and cooked amazing meals in the cabin. The kitchen was stocked well for a large group, had plenty of covered casserole dishes for feeding all the various appetites. Anita and Bill made us feel at home and comfortable especially given the nearby fires occurring not far from us. She stayed on the phone with us and went the extra mile to ensure our safety and peace of mind. We highly recommend!

This was a great place for peace and quiet. The overlook of the foothills from the front deck was very scenic. Very relaxing, on top of the fact that the place was very clean and had all the amenities you could possibly think of. The farm animals across the street were a bonus. Jay was very friendly and helpful with his recommendations of what to do and where to eat in the area. Highly recommend, it’ll be a very relaxing place to stay.

There are not enough words to describe this beautiful home. Our granddaughter (6) caught so many fish from the dock. Her fishing was worth every penny that we spent on the home. Instructions were clear and concise. My husband and I rented this home because our other granddaughter was getting married and the home was only 10 minutes from the venue. The house and location were absolutely perfect. Chef's Kiss!

We had a wonderful stay at Harold and Bonnie’s place. It was a home away from home while we attended a Clemson football game and visited our niece. Everything was spotless, comfortable and welcoming. It was so nice to meet and chat with Harold and Bonnie and we really appreciated the welcome muffins and available snacks that helped us survive our flight home! Would definitely recommend their place to anyone visiting Clemson and have already told our family to book it next time they visit.
