House is exactly as advertised. It’s new, modern and easy to stay in. Katti and Stefan were excellent hosts and responsive and helpful at all times. You will need a car as the location is remote, but easy to find. Would recommend as a base for local ski resorts in the winter.

Your review is already well written and positive! Here's a slightly improved version for more fluidity and naturalness: --- The apartment has a lot of character, neat decoration and very good equipment. The living room is comfortable, with a modern dining table, sofa and TV. A small balcony allows you to enjoy the sun in the afternoon. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The place is particularly quiet, ideal for relaxation. The owners are very welcoming and always available to provide information about the area if needed.

We had a lovely Easter weekend with the family in Bad Tölz. The vacation home is a small but very cozy and clean. The place was just as described. It should only be mentioned that all bedrooms are only separated with towels and no doors - but this was no problem for us as a family. Pia & Ferdinand were always helpful with questions in advance and also during the stay you sent lovely tips for exploring the area. The little cute cottage is definitely recommended by us 😊

We can recommend Antonia and Robert's place 100%. The apartment is sparkling clean, comfortably furnished and we lacked nothing. We felt right at home. The view from the balcony to the mountain landscape is a dream! The location is perfect for exploring the area. Communication with Antonia was super friendly. We were completely satisfied and would come back anytime!

Great apartment with a beautiful garden. You’ll find what you need and Barbara’s family, who lives in the house as well, is very friendly and helps wherever help is needed. Just be aware that in the bedroom are two separate beds and then there is another bed in the living room which is in a wardrobe. Great area just behind the house and nice breweries in town.

Amazing apartment, great host. And the view from the balcony is out of this world. The only "drawback" for us was the too soft bed. If necessary, the mattress could be renewed here again. Otherwise, everything was great and Bettina was a great host!

Vlad is a great host, and the place is neat and tidy, on a walking distance from the bus stop for the aki buses. We are deeply thankful for the chats we had with Vlad and for his hospitality. We missed the chance to grab a beer or two together, we will do it next time!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was incredible with gorgeous views. Looking out the big windows was a favorite pastime for all of us. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The play area in the basement was amazing for our kids. The host was very kind and helpful if we needed anything. A highlight for us was eating local products from the little self-serve farm shop close by. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Great Airbnb for family. The location is perfect, close to the train station and the main street - Ludwig street. We were being warmly welcomed by Marina and Konstantin. Moreover, Marina provided us several local recommendations. We enjoyed staying here. This ended up the most favourite Airbnb of my family among their stays in Europe. Stefania has been a great host throughout our experience. Great communication with everything you need to know and then some. She introduced us to a wonderful caterer, Victoria, who fed us fabulously for three nights. After a day on the slopes Stefania’s place was a dream to come back to. A great setting, just minutes from the main lift by bus and three minutes from the bus stop. We also walked the fifteen minutes a couple of times. Dead easy. The Lodge has a real luxurious feel. Beautifully appointed: nice and comfortable furniture and beds. A pristine sauna, well stocked kitchen with good coffee facilities and comfortable dining area. Nicely laid out lounge and quality audio throughout. We felt right at home. Absolutely loved it and would recommend it in a heartbeat. We’ll definitely look to go back. Thanks Stefania ( and Victoria)

We arrived and were all immediately impressed! We didn't miss anything and our expectations were more than exceeded. Everything is high quality, spacious and lovingly furnished. The kitchen was also a dream and equipped with everything. The bathroom was also extremely luxurious, rounded off with the sauna, to spend a relaxing wellness weekend. The hosts were always easily accessible and provided us with all the necessary information. I'm sure we'll be back!!

Check-in and check-out was great, key is picked up/ dropped off in another house in safes. Due to the Bad-Hindelang Plus map, the ski pass and other activities are free. The apartment is very clean and very cozily furnished, it is equipped with all important things + underground parking. We felt very comfortable.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Super central location, lots of restaurants and shopping right around the corner. Check-in with Lucia was very pleasant and straightforward. She gave us many tips (which we could use well in the rather moderate weather:)). We can highly recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back.

Nina was a wonderful host - always helpful and responsive and left wonderful welcome goodies for us. The property was perfect, well kept, great location, and just beautiful and comfortable. Just a note for others visiting - a large car will have trouble in the underground parking garage. My husband's car was fine there. We had to bring 2 cars so finding street parking for my big van was difficult, but that is not the hosts fault, of course. Just a note to be aware of if you're visiting. :) Many hikers seem to park on that street, plus the residents and it is always full. Everything was great at the apartment! Thank you!

Our second time staying in one of Andreas’ places. A great stay, within 20 mins walk to town. Hot water takes a while to kick in and we could have done with an additional towel for our toddler but all in all a pleasant stay.

We felt very comfortable in Lisa's place, a real stroke of luck! The apartment is lovingly furnished and the small details, such as plants in the apartment, the small bouquet of wildflowers, the existing yoga mat or the swimming bag really make a difference. Very private and natural location right on the water. You can walk directly from the front door and enjoy the view of the mountains.

We had a great stay in Gallzein! The cottage is quietly located and perfect for a few days of relaxation in the mountains. The equipment is basically completely fine, only in the kitchen we would have liked a few more bowls/functional pans. But absolutely not worth a point deduction, you could just bring them yourself next time. A car is mandatory and to get from A to B or to go shopping, but that's normal. 😊
