The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

L’appartamento ha tutto quello di cui puoi avere bisogno durante il tuo soggiorno! La Jacuzzi riscaldata da 800 litri meravigliosa da utilizzare anche nelle fresche sere autunnali! La jacuzzi è un servizio aggiuntivo ed opzionale ed ha un costo extra non incluso nella prenotazione di 29€ al giorno.

The villa enjoys fantastic views and dream pool. Less than 1 km from beautiful beaches to enjoy the sea, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets. The town Cefalu ' is 15 km. Bedroom, two with double bed and one with a bunk bed, in the living there is a sofa bed. To reach the villa, you will drive in a small stretch of road that is not asphalted, about 100 meters, but it is absolutely very easy to get in villa.

We had a great stay as a family and friends. Very helpful with checking in early on the day. The pool and outside cooking/dining area was great. Also an additional chill out space to the rear for Drinks in the evenings. Provided our 9month baby with travel cot and high chair no problem. Guiseppe was extremely friendly and provided local restaurant recommendations etc. Would Highly recommend. Thanks Again.

The experience at Gianluca's villa was simply unforgettable. We stayed with 6 people in the beautiful house of Paolo. It has ample space for everyone. The garden is spacious and beautifully designed. The kitchen is missing a few small things. The contact was always very friendly, our requests and small concerns were always fulfilled quickly. We booked the first time through Abnb. Thank you so much for the wonderful time

Hidden heaven, close to beach and cool strolls. We loved our stay here. Our hosts were gracious, helpful and have created a perfect oasis from which to enjoy Mondello, explore Palermo and chill by the pool. Spotless place, comfy bed, great setup. Even a book of local recommendations (we ate at several of her suggestions!). The beach is a 9 min walk thru safe neighborhoods, and maybe the #1 Beach we have ever been on - our version of perfect. We only had 3 nights here and wished we had stayed a week! Great hosts, wonderful home.

“We had a wonderful stay at Mariano's place in Terrasini! The place is decorated with a lot of love and taste and offers everything you need for a relaxing time. Super kind and nice people. We arrived with public transportation, and they were so kind to pick us up at the train station, and leave us there again on the day of departure. The pool area was super. We only shared it with one other apartment, so plenty of room for all. We are a family of 5, kids aged 7, 11 and 13, and with a nice fishing village, lots of restaurants and beaches within 30 minutes walk, it was an ideal stay for us.

Beautiful villa located with a wonderful view over the valley and Castelbouno town. The house was great with bedrooms on three different floors and the garden was very nice with many different lounge and dining areas. The pool area has amazing view and a really nice pool, though no fence so small kids must be watched. This is a perfect location for day trips to Céfalu with surroundings and we also really enjoyed Castelbouno town. Rosanna and her husband (and the dog Amica) took great care of us and were always available if we needed anything. The only minor issue was that we had a few power outages, but that was quickly fixed. We had a great time and would love to come again!
