Si trova 5 min a piedi dal porto ed agli imbarchi, ed a 10 min dal quartiere Venezia, i suoi canali ed il mercato centrale. Sono presenti numerosi negozi,supermercato e ristoranti a buon prezzo nei dintorni dell'abitazione. La fermata del bus è sul lato opposto della piazza: da lì è possibile raggiungere la stazione e le più belle mete turistiche di mare e di collina.

La mia casa si trova a Livorno, nel caratteristico quartiere di Antignano, vicino al centro e a due passi dalle splendide calette del Lungomare, perfette per un tuffo ed un bagno di sole. Base ideale per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco, è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

L' alloggio è situato in una zona piuttosto centrale e vicino al mare. Camminando infatti si può benissimo raggiungere entrambe le destinazioni. Inoltre a pochi minuti troverete il quartiere "Venezia" dove potete godere dei ristoranti tipici e gustare tutte le specialità della cucina toscana. Stessa cosa per la famosa Terrazza Mascagni che è poco distante. L'alloggio è situato al 4° piano senza ascensore. Ambiente molto luminoso, climatizzatori, lavatrice, WI-FI, televisione + console.

Si trova al piano terra di un condominio molto tranquillo. Si trova a Livorno, in zona periferica e silenziosa ma ben connessa al centro o al mare tramite la vicina fermata dell'autobus. Il parcheggio è gratuito e davanti a casa.

Ampio appartamento appena ristrutturato completamente climatizzato, camere e cucina spaziosi con arredi nuovi . Zona tranquilla e centrale comoda agli spostamenti sia a piedi che con mezzi pubblici,facile anche il parcheggio su strisce blu in alternativa un parcheggio coperto a poche centinaia di metri. Host molto cordiale e disponibile alle esigenze. Ottimo appartamento per rimanere qualche giorno a visitare Livorno e dintorni.

In una splendida posizione con vista sulla Terrazza Mascagni, l'alloggio di Stefano corrisponde esattamente alle foto viste sul sito. Confortevole, pulito e comodo per aggiungere il centro e le spiagge. Consiglio di cambiare la macchinetta del caffè (impossibile da aprire) e di aggiungere qualche cialda di caffè in più. Per il resto siano stati meravigliosamente. Torneremo volentieri.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir durften die Wohnung sogar etwas früher betreten, was uns nach einer langen Autofahrt total gefreut hat. Die Kommunikation mit Alessandro war sehr einfach und freundlich. Der einzige negative Punkt zu der Zeit als wir da waren ist die Baustelle direkt neben der Wohnung. Die Person, welche im Wohnzimmer geschlafen hat, wurde die ganze Woche über spätesten um sieben Uhr von dem Baulärm geweckt. Dafür kann Alessandro ziemlich sicher nichts, allerdings wünscht man sich im Urlaub in Ruhe schlafen zu können. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die ansprechend und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft war makellos sauber. Die Terrasse ist ein großes Plus. Alles, was du brauchst, war verfügbar. Tolle Lage mitten im Zentrum von Livorno, in fußläufiger Nähe zu Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflügen. Giulia war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft im Herzen Livornos! Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. Perfekter Startpunkt, um die toskanische Küste oder Städte wie Pisa, Florenz oder Lucca zu erkundigen. Die Wohnung verfügte über alles, was angegeben war. Besonders die schnelle und hilfreiche Kommunikation hat uns gefallen.
