My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property, would highly recommend it and would definitely return if we are in this area of Tuscany again. The apartment is very well maintained and equipped. Good comfortable beds, strong shower, AC works well, fully stocked kitchen. And has the benefit of window mosquito nets so you can open the windows if you want without bugs getting inside! The place is on the family’s farm and easy to find. There is a nice small town about 3 minutes drive away, Valpiana, with 3 or so good eateries. The bigger hilltop town of Massa Marittima is beautiful and about a 10 minutes drive, with lots of restaurants and supermarkets. The farm is well positioned for both the coast and inland adventures. We went to the beach one day and horse riding the next. The host is an absolutely great guy, as are his family members who you might meet during your stay. They will leave you in peace but are on hand if you need anything. Many thanks Ricca! 👌

Raffaella was immediately kind and helpful in welcoming our questions and requests. The place is exactly as described, an oasis of peace and tranquility among the Tuscan hills, the Sea in the distance is a perfect setting.

We booked 2 weeks for workation with Maria and Rodolfo. Working out very well. The WiFi was very good and the network stable. Maria and Rodolfo are excellent hosts. We didn't miss anything. With a lot of love for detail, the two have created a beautiful property. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. We felt very comfortable with both of them. We had a very nice stay at Francas place in Chiusdino. The village is very beautiful and calm. There are few but cute shops and restaurants in the village, you have everything you need around the corner. The flat was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen.
