This small 17 m2 accommodation is on the ground floor of the house, but it is completely independent and rather well insulated from noise. It has everything you need: TV, bathroom, toilet, fridge with freezer, microwave, stove, kettle, wardrobe and even a washing machine. A fan will be available for the summer. There is wifi and all the toiletries. The studio is next to the center of Pia, 5 minutes from shopping malls and supermarkets and is 15 minutes from the nearest beach.

La casa Marcel family home 110 m2

Our family home is spacious (110 m2 living space) your children, babies and pets are welcome. We operate the vineyard in the village, you can walk the dogs in the vineyard or introduce it to the children. Marcel the patriarch was born in this house and went to the village boys' school. The house is located near the linden park where a playground for young children is located. We've created a children's cabin bed.
