Monthly Rentals in Phuc Xa

Unique space located in the heart of the old quarter It was walkable to the Don Xuan market and although about a 20 min walk to the French quarter there were many interesting things to see. The street below was active and interesting and always entertaining while drinking my am coffee! The unit was clean and well maintained. The host was super responsive! We were really happy with the experience!

Tommys place was clean, in a great location and had all the amenities needed, defo worth what we paid. Tommy was also a great host who was very responsive and flexible with check in/out. Thanks Tommy!

Lovely experience staying in a more traditional style Vietnamese home in a residential area. Every amenity is in a different floor so you'll be going up and down stairs all day - we quite liked it after a while. Piano and wall paintings a nice touch. Had everything we needed and having such space was wonderful. Beds were a bit too hard though. It is about 15-20 walk the main old quarter area, having to cross a very busy road which can be hairy at times. But on this side of the road there's local cafes, shops, Winmart etc. Mostly very quiet at night which was lovely and unusual for Vietnam! Hosts were very kind and polite, and helpful when we had trouble with the lock. Tip: try and keep bedroom doors shut as mozzies love to come in via bathrooms!

Looks just like the pictures, and very spacious. Sometimes these places use a wide angle camera to Make the space look big, but this place is actually spacious. We were here for almost a month and it really did feel like home, unlike a lot of hotel rooms. It’s very close to everything you probably want to see if you’re coming to Hanoi, and everything is very walkable, or easy to grab to. You’ve also got a lot of really good restaurants only a stones throw from here, including a bunch of Michelin guide ones. Definitely try the Michelin guide Banh Quan that’s a 1 minute walk away. Shower was hot, great water pressure. Air con also good, powerful enough to chill the room quickly
