Monthly Rentals in Philo

We were very pleased staying at Phil's Airbnb. It suited our needs for a several week stay, and is in walking distance of many local businesses, including the Saturday morning Farmer's Market. It was particularly convenient to have use of our own washer and dryer, a private place to park our car, and a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed sitting outside on the private deck. Phil is friendly, and was very responsive when we had questions. Without hesitation, we would recommend staying here.

What an absolutely amazing place to stay! It is beautiful, and peaceful. Kacey and Steph have included so many thoughtful items: ginger chews, eye shades, ear plugs, adult coloring books and colored pencils - the list goes on! Be sure to open all the drawers so you know what is available to you. The bed is comfortable and the linens are great quality. This will be our first choice every time we are in the area!

We were traveling with 2 dogs and hoped to be in a private space in central Urbana. This AirBnB was perfect. Private, cute street (but a college student neighborhood most likely) and very clean. Easy to find and communicate with Nataly. Recommended, esp if you have pets.

The hosts were very attentive. The home was extremely clean and comfortable.
