Vacation rentals with a patio in Phillips

Tim’s place was exactly as described, with all the needed amenities. It was a cute little unit that made you feel right at home. When needed, Tim was always responsive when needed and very helpful and friendly!

The Bear Den is an out of the way gem. It was close enough to all the outdoor activities yet out of the way enough to be quiet and relaxing. The apartment was clean and well furnished. My family enjoyed the sofas and the big screen TV. There were even games to play. We had a terrific stay.

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the space for both working remotely and having a home base for nearby outdoor adventures. The only hiccup came when we attempted to get in - the door code wasn't working but, thankfully, the host responded quickly and reset the code for us remotely. Problem solved quickly. Inside, the coffee setup was OFF THE HOOK (and I'm picky about that), the rooms and beds were comfortable. A single bathroom for so many bedrooms is a bit of a drag but wasn't an issue for us. It's an old house that's been updated very well but maintains a good bit of it's old house charm. That does, however, come with some downsides in terms of old house smells and "rustic" cabinetry. But those were not deal-breakers and we still had such a great, comfortable time in the space. We would definitely book again because we've quickly fallen in love with the nearby and now we know we have a home great base.

Nice and clean place in the wilderness with responsive hosts!

Third time we have stayed here now for snowmobiling. It’s very close to trails. We enjoy this place and appreciate the access to the single car attached garage for when we may need to work on sleds. Perfect place to stay for snowmobiling. The only thing I could recommend to the host, is upgrading the beds as they aren’t very comfortable, especially after a long day riding. Otherwise, great!

Humble aboad easy to find and close to Radisson for having the dollar general unfortunately the gas station hasn’t been fixed yet but you manage

This was our second (annual) stay and we are already talking about returning again next year. We had such a great stay! The location is great for us - lots of great hikes and interesting places to visit within an easy drive. The amenities of the cabin are all first rate. We especially enjoyed the full kitchen and grill and enjoyed fabulous home-cooked meals every evening. The view of the river from the cabin is so beautiful. We enjoyed seeing how it changed from moment to moment and day to day. At times there was mist rising from the water, at other times, the water sparkled brightly. Truly beautiful. We have been so looking forward to this year's week at the cabin - and it did not disappoint. I most highly recommend it to you!

We had a fantastic, peaceful stay. The place was gorgeous, and with a very well equipped kitchen for cooking. Our host was super responsive, he even let us know where to see a fox den and some cubs on the property, which delighted our daughter. The house itself was comfortable, well appointed, and with no detailed overlooked. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great time at the cabin! Six of us stayed and it had beautiful scenery and a warm home style feel overlooking the lake! It was a great place to stay and get to see old friends! We loved it and the host was very friendly even letting us check in early if we wanted and would have let us check out late but we didn’t arrive until the later evening and had to depart earlier then the check out, Dawn was very accommodating and friendly!
