Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Philadelphia

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Katerina many thanks for hosting us - you have an amazing place and we hope to return on a few months! Take care and thanks tons for everything!!

From the very beginning, Ryan was friendly, responsive, and committed to making our stay enjoyable. “The Executive” was just as described—modern, clean, and comfortable. When we realized we forgot my husband’s suit pants hours before our niece’s wedding, I contacted Ryan and he quickly directed us to a nearby store—problem solved! We truly appreciated his help and hospitality.

The place was very neat, loved the kitchen area. My kids loved the monopoly game (I know, simple stuff makes things great). Great place to stay spacious for a family or friends wanting to go to a sports venue. Great location to attend for Phillies baseball games, Eagles, World Cup 2026, FIFA Club World Cup games. We took an UBER to the Soccer game, walked back once the game was over. It’s approx 25 minute walk we didn’t even notice.

Rob and Amanda’s place is amazing! The location is perfect— quite close to Philly, the neighborhood is chic and safe. The living room is EXTREMELY spacious with high ceiling! House is clean and everything is clearly labeled. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Jory's in Manayunk. A wonderful house for a group-stay. Walking distance from mainstreet, beautifully sunlit and spacious, and just an overall great spot. Jory was especially communicative when we had a few time-sensitive questions which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend!

Amalia’s place is full of care and intention- you can feel the love she’s put into it. Super cute, cozy, and in a great location. Would absolutely stay again!

This 5-level (including the roof) townhouse is beautiful and spacious, easily accommodating our family of 8. We had no trouble finding street parking each day for all 3 of our cars, and the apartment was extremely well equipped -- with everything we could have even imagined needing -- and then some. We would LOVE to come back sometime!

We had a great stay at Malyka's place. She called to greet me and see if I had any needs prior to our arrival, the night before. She was responsive and very friendly. The apartment was comfortable, especially the beds. The shower had great flow and was wonderfully hot. Having the washer and dryer was a huge help. Please note though, there is a lack of electrical sockets in the living room for charging your phone or other electronics. We improvised and charged in the bedroom or bathroom. The neighborhood is walkable/bikeable with parks and playgrounds very close by. There is an abundance of options for food in the area as well. Give 'Tasties' a try for really great soul food. We would happily stay here again if in the Philly area.

I was nervous about checking in as some reviews say it was a little complicated. It was not if you follow the directions they gave. The place was clean, very nice and felt safe. Would definitely stay again!

Great directions and information about the place. Easy walking to the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall and others. Quiet sleeping within the courtyard. Highly recommend for an individual or couple, having children would be difficult with the bathroom inside the bedroom area.

Place was as described, very welcoming and comfortable. Host was great at communicating with, checking in and checking out was easy and all went smooth. Great experience!

I enjoyed my stay at Lailahs place. Everything was nice and super clean! In my opinion the apartment was even better than the pictures. 10/10 would definitely book again.

Christine’s place is lovely, clean and spacious, very quiet and well located from a walking distance of many sites worth visiting in Philadelphia. Both the bed and sofa bed are comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Our family loved staying at Gary’s place for our Philly vacation. It was incredibly clean, we felt secure in the house and neighborhood, and the free parking made it so easy for us to come and go. The home is exactly what you see in the listing, and Gary is an excellent host with super quick response time and detailed instructions and recommendations.

So the townhome was AWESOME! looks just like its described. We only had an issue with the door because being from the south we’re not used to keypads like that. So you’ll put the code in and then the knob lol! Glad the neighbor helped us out. Andrea was very helpful and fast with responses.

Lot's of space. Appears to be a relatively new construction. No problems with parking. Very competitively priced. Very responsive owner.

Angel was an Angel🤷‍♂️ She was very informative of all the amenities that were available @ the condo both inside and outside. She offered up more than we could have used considering we were only there for one night. If we return to Philly we’d definitely stay again. Thank you Angel

Gabe’s place was conveniently located, it was a short walk to a few restaurants/breweries. Plus it was a 10 minute walk to the subway. It was loud outside due to traffic but inside it was barely noticeable. We had a great time and would totally book his place again.

Jason's place was the perfect spot for our recent visit to Philly. He had very clear instructions for entering the apartment (possibly some of the clearest I've ever encountered). The apartment was very comfortable and well stocked. We ended up accidentally snapping the key off in the gate one night when we were returning to the apartment and he was able to get a replacement to us ASAP. I would absolutely stay here again!

Host was very responsive, and the actual apartment itself very tidy. They were honest in the garage description, so pay close attention to details! Otherwise we had a great stay.
