Tina's place is super cute, well decorated and has everything that you need. The location is quite nice with local stalls nearby, it's a bit of challenging to walk to the city under the hot weather but still walkable. Since the room is a studio so you might be able to hear your neighbors talking early in the morning but overall everything is perfect, you can tell Tina had put lots of efforts into this place.

Absolutely and Unbelievably helpful host. The apartment is exactly as described and feels just like home. Very peaceful and yet very approachable distance to the chaos, Stayed for a week and no complaints whatsoever. Katie was so supportive of any requests shared with her, i think she deserves more than 5 stars.

The Wi-Fi connection is strong enough to work remotely, lots of sunlight thanks to the large windows Unfortunately the shower is weak due to the top floor. lots of activities nearby. It definitely worth it. Recommended for everyone!

Believe every review you read about this place! This was one of the best Airbnb’s we had in our 3 months of travel. It had everything we needed, including a hot shower, a safe location in the central district, a large TV, a responsive host, bottled water upon arrival, and great AC. Any time we reached out to the host, she responded right away and accommodated us. The location is close to all sites while being just far enough to be quiet and secure. Lots of great restaurants in the area at low prices. I would strongly recommend this place for anyone staying in HCM City!
