The location, the tranquility, the indoor climate (wood), the really very great amenities… everything spanking clean and so fine. Beautifully appointed Austrian Chalet in a wonderful place. Lovely & warm, great facilities, fabulous views of the mountains. Short walk into the beautiful town of Seefeld. Great spacious, spotless chalet with a wonderful helpful host. 10 min walk to restaurants, shops, ski bus & the centre of the village.

Sabrina was a great host. They had a lovely place close to local villages and HochOetz ski area was just 5 minute drive. Will definitely visit again.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I will gladly come back. We stayed at the chalet for a few days. We enjoyed the time there. The place was very clean and you could relax nicely on the sofa or on the terrace after a busy day of hiking. From the chalet you can start some hikes. Otherwise, other places can also be reached quickly by car. There was even a bread service. You could let us know in the evening which rolls you want and in the morning they were outside the door.

Is a very nice and cozy place to stay. Manfred was very nice and offered us a small welcome drink when we arrived. We will be happy to come back. 😊

Fantastic house, which is wonderfully renovated and very comfortable. The large open kitchen, terrace and living room are perfectly designed for several people. The location is great, shopping and the center are within walking distance within minutes. The contact with the host and the handover were uncomplicated and pleasant.

It's a great cabin. We lacked nothing. Communication with the host was fast and unproblematic. We will be happy to come back.

We had a very nice weekend in a large group in the beautiful house. The large common area upstairs is ideally suited for many people. The rooms are nicely and practically furnished. Particularly noteworthy is the good equipment of the kitchen. An all-round successful stay - happy to come back!

Thorsten was a fantastic host and probably the best I have had. He was super communicative and even offered a pre-stay call to go through the chalet, area and local amenities. The property itself is beautiful and has a mix of traditional Austrian chalet and modern. It’s sits in a peaceful quiet village above Warth which is easily accessible within a 5 minute drive. The chalet was clean and had everything in it that we needed. We look forward to staying again.

We spent five days for the winter ski vacation. Group of 16 people Impeccable cleanliness upon arrival Three beautiful queen/king size double bedrooms and impeccable bedding A dormitory with a double bed and 4 very comfortable single beds. A dormitory with 10 impeccable single beds for teenagers Common areas are spacious and allow you to eat together and spend pleasant evenings playing games. We may regret that there are only two bathrooms: one with a single shower and another with two showers side by side (very nice for couples😂). A third shower room would be appreciated given the number of residents With a little discipline, everything went well. And it's just a detail. The kitchen is impeccable and very well-equipped. To get to the Arlberg area, the free shuttle passes in front of the chalet. The stop is a 10-minute walk with ski boots and a 15-minute drive Really impeccable for a group of friends

Hosts were great in replying to requests and were always prompt and helpful in replies. We all loved the property and the amazing views it had.

This place was elegant, homely and located in a beautiful spot close the mountains. The house was so warm and cozy and we just felt like we were home from home. I have very high standards and this house absolutely met my expectations. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a 5* stay ☺️

An absolute feel-good place! :) The chalet was immaculately clean, check-in super easy and we felt welcome from the first moment – not least by the lovingly curated gift basket of regional treats. The view of the mountains is simply fantastic! The sauna in the garden with private shower was a real highlight. On cooler evenings we enjoyed the fireplace.. with perfectly prepared wood in the carport. Everything was well organized and thoughtful. The surroundings are beautiful, with lots of great hiking trails. We will definitely be back!
