Gable room in the Hauswang

Dachstudio im sanierten historischen Hof Hauswang. Wohnung mit viel Bergblick bis zur Zugspitze. Gemütliche Dachstube im alten Gebälk, gemütliche Sessel, eigene Küche - und die Möglichkeit viele Gemeinschaftsbereiche im Gästehaus mitzunutzen. Du hast ein geräumiges eigenes Dusch-Bad, Deine eigene Küche - aber auch Zugang zur großen Gemeinschaftsküche. Es gibt ein Doppelbett 2 x 1,8m sowie ein Schlafsofa 1,9 x 1m, einen Schreibtisch, zwei Sessel und Giebelverglasung mit schmalem Balkon.

Die Küche mit Herd und Spülmaschine von Miele ist gut durchdacht ausgestattet. Neben Geschirr, Besteck und verschiedenen Gläser steht die Brotzeitbox und Thermoskanne für die nächste Tour bereit. Von Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Zauberstab, bis hin zu Töpfen und Pfannen ist alles da. Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,60 m x 2,00 m) und Kleiderschrank. Das Badezimmer mit Handtuchtrockner und Dusche, Kosmetikspiegel und Fön. Miele Waschtrockner. Die Sonnenterasse mit Liegen.

How nice that you are interested in our apartment "Wonne"! It is located on the first floor of Villa Senz – a converted, 500-year-old farm in Pfronten Steinach. In the middle of the beautiful Allgäu lake landscape and the Alpine foothills, the ideal starting point for sports activities, excursions or relaxing days on the large terrace with magnificent mountain views. Culturally, the Allgäu has a lot to offer, from traditional festivals to historical sights.

Modern apartment right on the Lech. The apartment consists of a modern kitchen , a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an entrance area with a cloakroom. The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. Above the Lech you can enjoy a romantic view of the former monastery of St. Mang and the High Castle at your feet. Shopping, strolling, dining out... possible without transportation.
