House vacation rentals in Petra

Absolutely beautiful house and location! Be sure to bring a car, as it’s about a 30-minute drive to the beaches and a 40-minute walk to the nearest town — but it’s definitely worth it! Arta is so pretty and the house is the perfect place to wake up in the mornings and end your day.

We had a great time at Antonio’s place. He was proactive with his communication and gave clear instructions. The house was Fantastic. Despite exploring several amazing beaches our kids always asked to swim in the pool upon arriving home for the night. We liked the central location of the home as it allowed for us to visit various regions of the island each day. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed for 4 nights with our two children (2y and 4y) and had a wonderful time. The place is lovely and you can have a relaxed family vacation. Especially the pool was perfect, as it is heated and a good size for the little one (but you just stay with them as it is not perfect for non swimmers).

We had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful and all the facilities you need are there. Upon arrival, there was a lot of groceries put down so you didn't have to go to the store right away. The house is decorated with great attention to detail, and in every corner you will find special accessories, furniture or art. It was a lot of fun to discover all that! The host is really friendly and helpful and responds right away. We will definately come back!

We loved our stay at Miguel‘s home! It is beautiful and ideally located to explore the island. The house feels like a home and the big pool and large garden are amazing for days where you don‘t want to leave the house. We felt right at home and can reccommend the house fully.

Very nice, stylish house in quiet residential area of Sollér. Nevertheless, you can walk directly to the center of the city in just a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and the house is very nice with everything you need. In particular, the kitchen is really well equipped, we did not expect that. The only small disadvantage of the house is the lack of air conditioning, but this is also openly communicated and should be known beforehand. Stephan was super friendly, helpful and had great tips and usually responds within a few minutes. We would come back anytime and really enjoyed our stay ☺️

We had a wonderful vacation. Maria is a great host. The location is perfect if you want to visit many towns and beaches, as the route takes a max of 30-40 minutes. We did not miss anything in the equipment of the house. The pool was cleaned every two days. We can recommend the accomodation.

we were there for 16 days. We felt immediately comfortable. Great house. Nina is a super host, immediately on hand if there are any questions. Those who, like me, unfortunately also have to work on vacation, should know that the WiFi on the roof terrace and on the 2nd floor is a bit bumpy. But that didn't spoil the vacation.

An absolute dream right on the sea! The house was just perfect – with a stunning view directly of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning and evening from the terrace. Three bedrooms, the living room and kitchen also have sea views. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – everything was super clean, high-quality and thoughtfully furnished. The cave in the basement, which leads to a direct access to the sea, is also unique. From there, we went out to the sea a few times by canoe or stand-up paddle (which Roman provided free of charge!). I would especially like to highlight Roman as a host: extremely helpful, warm and with great tips on restaurants and excursions that really enriched our stay. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would come back any time.

A fantastic holiday in a breathtaking location. The photos don’t do it justice. The warm feel of a family holiday home with lots of space and stunning views in all weathers. The house was clean and we loved the fact that the pool was salt water rather than chlorinated. We’d love to go back.

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastically beautiful finca! The house is very well maintained, stylishly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Particularly noteworthy are the large pool and barbecue area – perfect for relaxing days and cozy evenings. The landlord was always available and immediately helped in person with questions or minor problems. The contact was very friendly and uncomplicated. We can absolutely recommend this finca and would be happy to come back!

Francisca and Maria were warm, kind, generous and vey helpful during our month long stay in their family home in Petra. The house is very beautiful and located almost at the center of Mallorca, so we had many trips exploring the island, and then were appreciative to return to a place that felt like a home.

Our stay at Son Fonto was great. Bel and Rafael are very friendly and welcoming hosts. I never came across an acommodation that was as clean as this. Everything you could need during your stay is present at the house. They really thought of everything. At arrival they provided us with food and drinks. Also Rafael came to bring us some local pastries a couple of times during our stay, which was very attentive. And then there is off course the star of the acommodation: the horse Diavolo, which was a great plus for the kids. Especially because they got to feed him every night. Rafael comes early in the morning to clean the pool and feed Diavolo, but is very discrete, so don't worry about that (we did a little after reading another review). Even though we were unlucky with the weather, there really is enough to do within the vicinity. The only thing I could mention is the woodlice, that sometimes walk around the house. But nothing to worry about really! All in all one of our best stays!!

We spent some incredible days at Sa Carrotja. We were looking for privacy and tranquility, and we found it all here. The private pool and the calm environment were the best. The location is great because it's very close to beautiful beaches. Definitely a totally recommended place.

We spent a great vacation in this beautiful and very spacious accommodation. The style is very modern and Mediterranean, very tasteful. The house is so big that you have to think twice about where to put the keys :). You can see the sunset at the back every evening. The kitchen is super clean, modern, and equipped with the latest appliances. The bathrooms are a special highlight. There's even a laundry room! Each room has custom-made wardrobes that are illuminated. The beds are also super comfortable. Perfect!

Diana’s house was a wonderful place to stay - the pool went down really well with our children and we loved the outdoor space. It is well located in Sineu and was a good base to discover the island. Thank you!

Lovely space to take a break

We spent a week at Lenka’s wonderful place. The house and outdoors are perfectly maintained and charmingly decorated . Great views, peaceful location (aside a little traffic noise during the day) yet only 20 minutes wall into Deià. Lenka was always very helpful. We hope to be back soon.

We had a wonderful time at Tomeu's place! On the first day, we were warmly welcomed by him and his wife and immediately felt at home. The two were always available to us, gave us great tips for excursions, restaurants and activities in the area – always helpful and with a lot of cordiality. Located just outside of Llubí, quiet and idyllic surrounded by nature. The village can be reached on foot after a 1 km long walk – by car, the connection is absolutely unproblematic. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a natural environment, this is the place to be! The house is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Our children were particularly enthusiastic about the animals: chickens, pigs, sheep – and even a peacock! For us as a family, this was a real highlight. We highly recommend Tomeu's accommodation and will be happy to come back. Thank you for this wonderful time & hospitality

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea's place. The property is located in a quiet part of the island and is still quickly accessible from the airport/Palma. The house is breathtaking – superbly equipped, charming, cozy and clean. The garden is beautiful, well-kept (and has a great view!). Andrea is an excellent host. She gave us great recommendations, always responded quickly and kindly to messages and was always helpful. We highly recommend this place, and will definitely be back!
