The apartment I rent is on the ground floor of my family home, but is completely independent of it, it has a truly unique and particular charm, with an ancient flavor, you will find yourself in a completely unique, stimulating and relaxing environment, full of the magnificent colors and smells of the nature reserve and the grandeur of the castle

The house is warm and welcoming and is an excellent base for lovers of excursions, to spend pleasant evenings and comfortable and peaceful days with children. Upon your arrival you will find beds ready and bath linen. We are on a small closed street near the Sangro river. The main square can be reached from the house with a short walk. Near the house there is a playground, a riding school and the start of several walks in the Park, the ski slopes are 5 minutes away by car.

This house is located in a characteristic alley of the medieval village of Civitella Alfedena, in the heart of the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park; reachable only on foot, away from the noise of cars, it allows you to experience village life in the human dimension typical of mountain villages. This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

We are in Opi, in the historic center, a beautiful and quiet village within the National Park of Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise. The house, which is spread across two floors, has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a terrace, and 1 bathroom for a total of 6 beds. The first bedroom is on the ground floor, near the bathroom. The second bedroom is on the upper floor. The terrace is at the service of the kitchen and from there you have an unparalleled view.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
