It is located in the center of a forest of about 25,000 square meters that can be used in full. The place is very quiet; the street is private with a gate. From the property, there are several paths that allow guests to take relaxing walks. La Casetta nel Borgo is in Abruzzo: Europe's greenest region! In the town of Castelvecchio Calvisio (AQ), the house is comfortable and quiet, and strategically located for easy access to the Rocca di Calascio (10 minutes), the Medici Tower of Santo Stefano di Sessanio (15 minutes), Campo Imperatore (30 minutes), L'Aquila (30 minutes), the Adriatic Sea (60 minutes), and Rome (90 minutes). It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, surrounded by nature and with panoramic views of the valley. Free parking is 20 meters away.

The Little Room in the Woods

A two-room apartment with a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Relaxation guaranteed! Immersed in the Abruzzo National Park, it offers breathtaking views and ample space in the common area: sofas, tables, smart working stations, a games room with ping pong, foosball, and a park. A 10-minute walk from downtown. Outdoor pool (in summer), gym and wellness center available nearby for a fee, tennis and basketball courts. Ski facilities about 2 km away.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Immersed in the nature of the Simbruini Mountains, you can rediscover an ancient and natural environment inspired by the early 1900s. You will not find the comforts of a hotel room, but the unique experience of spending a weekend rediscovering the ancient customs of peasant culture. Lighting with candles, kitchen heating and hot water with wood-burning stove, well water with old manual pump. You won't find wifi but a connection between yourself and nature. 2 adults and 1 child

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Villa Attilio: relaxation and nature!

Splendid detached villa on a plot of about one hectare, with olive groves, centuries-old oak and enchanting views of the green Roveto Valley. Ideal place to relax surrounded by nature, for long walks and bike rides, horseback riding, visits to hermitages. A few km away: Sora, the enchanting waterfall of Isola del Liri, Posta Fibreno lake, Zompo lo Schioppo nature reserve, Sponga park, Balsorano castle, Claudio's tunnels and Alba Fucens.

Cabin of about 40 square meters built with Canadian-style wooden logs, the house consists of a living room with kitchenette, fireplace and sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom. the cabin has a perimeter garden for exclusive use and a small veranda. The house is tastefully furnished in rustic style and equipped with everything you need for a carefree stay. the owners live permanently in a cabin located on the same land

Pescasseroli Appartment with private garden

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (one double and one with bunk beds), a bathroom, living room and kitchenette. Equipped with a washing machine and located within walking distance of the center of the village but in the tranquility of the park.
