Really great experience, Giordano was always super helpful and was flexible even with check-out times. The house was perfect, very nice and clean.

Great location! Very close to all of the restaurants / shops & beach. Very spacious. Has 3 suites inside of the unit. Although we only needed one, it was nice having the space in the center of the city.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in the heart of Pescara! The location is incredibly convenient—right in the city center, with easy access to public transportation and just a short walk to several supermarkets, cafés, and shops. The apartment itself was spotless and very well maintained. Everything was clean, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged, which made it feel very welcoming and comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the balcony—such a peaceful spot to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, with an absolutely stunning view of the snowy mountains in the distance. It felt like the perfect blend of city and nature. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting Pescara. I'd definitely stay here again!

The arrangement was very easy, Vittorio went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed on our trip. He is very sweet and incredibly helpful. The three of you had a lot of space in the apartment and it was very nicely furnished. Especially the private terrace is huge and really pretty! Vittorio is a great host and I would come back anytime!

A real surprise... a very, very nice and clean apartment, the location is great for reaching the beaches but above all Alessia's hospitality is a 10 out of 10, I highly recommend it.

Sebastiano's place was beautiful. Lots of space, incredibly clean, BEAUTIFUL antique floors, and state-of-the-art amenities. Side notes include comfortable beds, televisions in every room, and high-speed fiber internet with wi-fi. We were able to let ourselves in, which gave us a flexible arrival time that we needed. The neighborhood was perfect; family-friendly, walkable, and lots of great places to eat.

The house is very nice, characteristic and spacious. The garden with bbq is enjoyable and the house really has EVERYTHING you could need. We were 2 families and we always had at least 1 meal a day at home and we had everything we needed. Washer and dryer present. We went during Easter week, the village was uninhabited, but the house is in the Majella park and many trails start from there. In addition, the location is not bad because it is halfway between the L'Aquila area and that of Pescara. Clearly you have to get around by car, but you can easily reach many wonderful places. The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away, the restaurant 10 minutes. It was the vacation we wanted, for us it was beautiful!

I chose this apartment to have my parents and my aunts stay and they really enjoyed it! Spaces are well organized and tastefully furnished, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. We spent seven weeks in Franco's loft house. Everything was perfect! The place is extremely quiet and the views are breathtaking. Franco is a discreet but extremely available and responsive host. Communication was excellent before our arrival and throughout the stay. Montesilvano Colle is a very pretty village and it is the starting point for many walks, each more wonderful than the last. One thing is certain: if we can return to this accommodation, we won't hesitate for a second!

Paolo was a fantastic host! He gave excellent recommendations for the surrounding areas which made our stay that much more enjoyable! The house was perfect. It was just the weekend away we were looking for. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Severino's house is large and comfortable. It has a wonderful view of the Ciociara countryside. Many very beautiful sites are nearby and it is possible to get to Rome by train from the Frosinone station 15 min drive from the accommodation. Severino and his whole family are particularly welcoming and open hosts. The stay was perfect.

Marco has a very nice, clean and comfortable space. His outdoor back porch was our favorite place! His town is very quiet and peaceful and we had so much fun playing in the Tocco pickleball tournament. Marco is very responsive and really ensures you are pleased with your stay. We would stay here again!

Antonio and Simona are fantastic hosts! Thoughtful and attentive, they made us feel at home. Upon our arrival we found fresh drinks in the fridge, a really nice house, complete with every comfort and large and very clean spaces. Very comfortable beds, choice of pillows between different types, detergents for personal and home hygiene. The terrace that runs around the property is beautiful and guarantees a cool house even without using the air conditioner, which is still present and working in the accommodation. The convenience of the parking space on the waterfront and the beach equipment that the hosts make available are a further welcome plus. An honorable mention goes to the helpfulness, kindness, and hospitality of Antonio, Simona and their beautiful daughters: we spent two weeks in their home and were treated as old friends, not as guests. We'll always carry them in our hearts. We really recommend their home. We'll be back for sure.

Cosy apartment surrounded by nature and trees which is very important to us. Unfortunately it rained most of the time we spent there but still we found the time to enjoy good food and drive around the area. Adriano really goes the extra mile to ensure we had a good experience and stay, very friendly and responsive. You can tell being a host is his passion.
