Our stay was more than we could have asked for. This Airbnb is a hidden gem. We’ve been to many Airbnbs all over the world, and I can tell you this one is really special. The garden is very spacious, with friendly little cows in the background. The inside is also spacious thanks to the beautiful high ceilings. The decor and original church aesthetic they kept makes you feel at home. The outdoor annex for extra guests is so cozy and cute!! it really comes in handy if you are more than two. This Airbnb truly has everything a household needs, from bug spray to doggy bags. We’re usually honest and critical about Airbnbs, and we don’t shy away from pointing out things that could be improved, but with this one, we truly have nothing bad to say. We would come back in a heartbeat!

A lovely peaceful place with views of nature from all windows. It is the perfect place and location to unwind. The place is stylish and comfy with everything you need and Fred was very easy and reliable to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our girls' getaway at Dillon's place. It's an easy walk to Main Street from the home, which is well-equipped and comfortable. Dillon was very communicative and was quick to answer the few questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

This is our second stay there within a months timeframe, this is how much we love this place! So beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature. We just can’t say enough about this place and the host who is absolutely amazing to deal with. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to our next stay.

The place was great for a family weekend away. It was very clean and tidy. The direct access to the waterfront is fantastic and a great place to relax.

Perfect Spot for a Girls’ Getaway! Four of us girlfriends stayed here for a weekend and had the most wonderful time! The space was bright, spacious, and beautifully decorated—exactly like the photos. We loved hanging out in the cozy living area, sipping coffee on the balcony with lake views, and having our own comfortable rooms to unwind. The location was ideal—peaceful, yet close cute local cafes and shops in the neighborhood. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and felt super safe and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend for a girls’ trip or a relaxing escape from Toronto!

Impeccable rental. Your house is super clean and above all very large for a large family or friends. It's very convenient. I would gladly recommend renting.

If anyone is looking for the perfect getaway spot with family and friends, this lovely river retreat has it all!! Gorgeous property, loads of space for guests to gather together or all have their own little small magical experiences. This home has everything that could be asked for. Location was easy to find and access, yet felt fully private and removed from the rest of the world. This place is set up for entertaining and relaxing, I was impressed from the moment we opened the door. The house is spacious, airy, and incredibly comfortable. Everyone felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked, whatever you can think of was there, and the bedding and furniture were so fresh and comfortable. Extras everywhere! Our hostess Julie was amazing to communicate with. From our very detailed access instructions, to responding quickly to any questions, she made this weekend a phenomenal one. Julie has created a riverside oasis for any group big or small, and we would happily come back!

We had such a fun weekend! It was peaceful, and you could hear the rapids from the deck, which made it even more relaxing. The place was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The flushing toilet was definitely a plus! We’d absolutely go back.

This was the perfect addition to my wedding weekend! Julie made it extra special with a welcome sign and bottle of champagne to great my guests and I! The place is absolutely stunning, so warm, cozy and just what we needed for a wedding stay with the bridal party. It surpassed my expectations and Julie and her partner were wonderful - we even had a tour and learned some history on the place. Can’t wait to come back !

Mercy’s place has a very cozy feel. The house feels worn in, in a nice way. You can tell people have lived in it for probably decades. Lots of privacy and beautiful nature engulfing the house. 5min drive to all amenities you could think of. For any music creatives out there, the basement is literally perfect for recording music. If you’re a light sleeper, one thing to note is the house is located next to a more Main Street with frequent cars and buses. The house also had no air conditioning that we were aware of, so for anyone that struggles with heat, it will feel quite warm during hot weather. For us these were merely trivialities; we loved our stay :)

Staying at Jean-Paul's place was absolutely awesome. The place and the surroundings are simply great. As a host, I would rate them extraordinary- very friendly, cordial and of course, charlie ( little 🐶) was like an amazing surprise. Liked the place and would recommend my friends to stay here if you are around Ottawa. I hope to meet you again. Thank you so much.

Awesome spot with endless activities! Really enjoyed our stay at Scott's rental, took full advantage of the heated pool even with the not-so-great weather in May. Loved all the game options and really appreciated all the décor that makes this place very unique and fun. Would highly recommend to anyone and I definitely plan on staying here again.

We had a busy time with two family events and really enjoyed returning to the house to relax and enjoy your amazing back yard. It is truly a peaceful oasis! The children loved the pool and the adults all welcomed the evening hot tub. The flower gardens and pots are stunning. Thanks also for the lovely welcome gifts. We were very spoiled! We had a wonderful stay! Rene is a fantastic and incredibly friendly host, always quick to respond. Since the weather was chilly, he made sure we were warm and comfortable. The bunkie is cozy, clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need, including hot water. Waking up to the stunning lake view was magical🥰 Everything is designed with care and attention. The fire pit gave us warm, romantic evenings. The place felt peaceful, quiet and private. We were also visited by Deacon, the host’s sweet chocolate lab. We loved the free access to kayaks, two single and one double, plus direct lake access. As a bonus, there are beautiful trails of various difficulty levels nearby. Whether kayaking, swimming, fishing or relaxing, there is plenty to enjoy! It was a lovely touch to find water and little treats waiting for us. Rene’s place is built with love and soul. Perfect for couples or anyone looking to recharge in nature. 11 out of 10 - we’ll definitely be coming back!

Very cozy cabin feel inside. Basics for cooking bring what you like to cook with. Good for a day or two. They do the dishes which is a bonus but no kitchen sink while cooking can be frustrating to go to bathroom sink. Lots of room to sit outside back patio and hottub area. Bbq was nice. Private and quiet.

We stayed for a quick weekend getaway to get some R&R. Joe's place was just what we needed. Everything we needed and nothing we didn't. The cabin is tiny, as advertised, but we travel light so it was no problem for us. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy, and Sharbot Lake is a quick 10 min down the highway. The outdoor shower at the site is THE BEST - nature at your back and hot water on demand. The composting toilet was a little daunting at first, but Joe provides super clear instructions and it turned out to be the best campsite bathroom of all time. We'll be going back next time we need a break from traffic and skyscrapers.

Will be back again. Perfectly priced, lots to do, and Perth is absolutely beautiful! The sauna was the icing on the cake too! Super clean, no bugs, and an actual BBQ that works! Super awesome and our family loved it!

We loved it! The cottage is located in a private area on the lake, well-decorated, and has 4 levels making it very spacious. The hottub and sauna were awesome - perfect for our winter stay. We liked the couch in the downstairs living room as it was big and comfortable, and we appreciated the Roku for easy streaming. We had no issues driving to the cottage even after heavy snowfall - the private road and driveway were cleared. Walkways, stairs and decks were also cleared. Plenty of room outside for walks with a dog and other activities. We would highly recommend Siobhan’s cottage!

This was by far one of the best places that I have stayed. The cabin was absolutely beautiful, so unique, and the location was amazing! The views while sitting on the porch were like no other. It was the perfect weekend getaway for some much needed peace and quiet!

What an amazing space. From the outside you feel transported into a story book, while the inside is tastefully rustic with 70s elements. It’s also stocked so well, I was throughly surprised. A walk to the beach is only roughly 5-10 minutes and it offers the tranquility you need. I will definitely be booking again.
