Our 2 apartments are located in the resort PEROJ (located between Pula and Rovinj) in a beautiful house with stunning sea views opposite the beautiful Brijuni Islands. The house is in a quiet location about 800m from the beach. It is surrounded by a large garden, where there is also a grill that you can use freely. The apartments are comfortable, functional and fully equipped with Parking place free of charge. Supermarket, bakery and restaurant are just 200m from the house away. Moreover, cafes, currency exchange etc. Something very special: we have its own PRIVATE PROPERTY of 1000sqm directly on the Sea / beach for the exclusive use of our guests, where you can undisturbed swim and sunbathe ! Also on this private property, there is a barbecue where you can have your meals or even grilling (tomorrow freshly purchased) fish and eat quietly. We will also offer you more with our homemade wine and homemade extra virgin Olive oil. We speak German, Croatian, Italian and English.

Our home is situated in a calm family area right next to the city of Pula,which is famous for its ancient Roman Amphitheatre.To be precise,we live in between the city center and freshly made beaches at Hidrobaza where you can enjoy with your kids,because it offers a lot,from free parking to beach bars, sport terrains etc.. If you have a bicycle, or a car,everything is at your reach. We live 1 mile from the first beach. Bus lines 150 m away,small grocery shop @ 150m, restaurants and pizza @400 m

Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

And a lot of greenery (we are nature and bee friendly). Property is fully fenced and pet friendly.

Prostor je klimatiziran (dva klima uređaja, jedan u blagovaoni drugi u glavnoj spavaćoj sobi) te se klimatizacija ne naplaćuje posebno. Gostima je na raspolaganju besplatan Wi Fi. Gostima su također na raspolaganju 2 - 4 parking mjesta u sklopu dvorišta. Objekt je 2017. godine završen te je unutra sve potpuno novo (kupatilo, kuhinja, sobe...). Prostrana glavna spavaća soba se prostire preko cijele gornje etaže objekta. Gostima je na raspolaganju vanjski roštilj te balkon u sklopu apartmana.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Luxury Black and white je novouređeni apartman koji se nalazi u Pulskom kvartu Veruda na prekrasnoj lokaciji, 800 m do prvih plaža Lungomare i 1,3 km do centra grada. U neposrednoj blizini je veliko besplatno parkiralište, zelena tržnica sa svježim voćem i povrćem, supermarket Konzum, DM i ribarnica.U blizini se nalazi autobusna stanica za gradski autobus prema centru grada i plažama, caffe barovi,pekara, restoran s brzom hranom,gradski bazen te Max City Shopping Centar.

The apartment has been completely renovated, equipped with new furniture and with details that we wanted to create an atmosphere "like at home" Nearby are cafes, restaurants, shops, a promenade, and a strict city center with a main street that leads to the city's most famous Forum square. .

Kafić se nalazi ispred smještaja na samom Župnom trgu. Iz sobe se vidi crkva Sv. Blaža i najviši zvonik u Istri na kojeg se moguće popeti i vidjeti prekrasnu panoramu južne Istre. U blizini se nalazi gradski park te restoran i trgovina. Parking je javan i besplatan u blizini smještaja.

A small sweet apartment in the center of Peroj offers a terrace overlooking the sea. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, living room with a corner sofa that also serves as an extra bed for 2 people, equipped kitchen and bathroom with tub. It is only 1 km away from the beautifully landscaped long beach. We are 4 km away from Fažana, a small interesting fishing village and 12 km away from Pula, the biggest Istrian town.

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
