On the second top floor of our house is this beautiful apartment overlooking the sea and the island of Brijuni. The apartment is 98m2, has its own entrance and parking on the premises. The plot stretches 6000m and is completely enclosed by a stone wall. In front of the house there is a 55 m2 swimming pool. On the whole plot over forty centuries-old olive trees.

If you like active vacation there is a path for biking, running and walking which takes you to Fazana and Valbandon where you can find other activities.

Cozy little apartment in peaceful village of Peroj. Conveniently located 15 minutes from beautiful Roman amphitheater in Pula,20 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from amazing Rovinj. Less than 5 minute walk takes you to two shops,bakery,fruit and veggie shop,restaurant/pizza place and newsagents. There is a little bar just across the road too. First beach is either 15 min walk or two minutes car ride,parking is free.

Self-Sufficient Cottage

The house is self-sufficient. It works based on solar panels and water tanks with filters. Situated just 450 meters from the beach, with beautiful small garden and parking place in front of the gate. The house itself is not located in a secluded place. Also, please note that the house is only for two adults, since there are stairs to bedroom and the water resource is limited for two people, not suitable for children.

This little blue house can acomodate 2-3 people . It is situated in the center of the village . It has a yard with barbecue, parking place infront, a bedroom, living room with sofa, a small kitchen, and a bathroom. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). The guests have two bicycles on disposition.
