Zoran and Medina were exceptional. They were friendly and very accommodating and went out of their way to help us. The apartment was beautifully furnished, everything we needed was there. Lovely terrace to sit out and garden with pool to use. Very easy to find and lovely walks down to Cuvi Beach and the coast along. Easy to walk into Rovinj and shops close by. We were very pleased with our choice and would certainly recommend this apartment and area to anyone looking for a break in their beautiful country. Would definitely go back. Thank you Jan and Alan

We had a wonderful time at this accommodation in Fazana! The apartment was super clean, very nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need. We felt completely comfortable during the 4 weeks. We would particularly like to highlight the incredibly nice host family. Iva was always there for us and provided us with great tips and information about local events. An absolute highlight was the private boat trip with Daniel to the city center of Pula - an unforgettable experience that we can recommend to everyone! We'll definitely be back! Sabine & Markus

The apartment is really nice and well decorated, the pool is actually just for the apartment. Since only this is rented out, in case you need more space, the apartments are also available above. Nothing stands in the way of an all-round great stay. The barbecue area is great for preparing great dishes here. Croatia often only asks for rocky beaches, you just have to know and love. We had stand up paddles with us and could explore a lot from the water. An overall great holiday with lots of sun. The cities around Vinkuran are easily accessible by car, and in 10-15 minutes you can also be pampered in good restaurants.

We have stayed at many wonderful places, this is nothing against so many amazing hosts. Susana is beyond hospitable, kind, caring, helpful. I highly recommend her and her amazing place on the sea. She waited for us on the street, had fruit and drinks available in the spotless kitchen. She has thought of virtually everything in her amazing flat on the Adriatic. Umbrellas, slippers, extra towels, a child's potty chair, candles.....And the bed is very comfortable! I needed to see an orthopedist, she told us best place to go, (local place VERY busy), was seen immediately, brought a nice bottle of wine for 'medicine', a genuinely caring lady. Hands down, a must visit place in Lovran. We will be frequent fliers here!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Very nice hosts. Great location, just a few meters from the sea. From the garden direct path to the shore, to the start of a walk. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the waterfront or to the beach. Otherwise a good starting point for exploring Istria by car. The house is of old stone house style with wooden shop. Covered sun terrace towards the south-southwest directly overlooks the quiet sea, invites you to have breakfast or relax. Beautiful sunset. A clear recommendation from us!

A really lovely villa owned by a lovely family. Our trip was exactly as expected.

The location is super quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. A 10 minute drive to the supermarket and 15 minutes from Pula downtown with the old town and lots of restaurants. We were welcomed by the two owners with a smile and they provided us with great tips for the area. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a third toilet, kitchen with everything you need. Outside plenty of relaxing spaces in the garden and around the pool. Kids playground with a swing and a trampoline. There is also a great terrace on the first floor, with sunny until late in the evening! We were only here with two people, but this house fits 6 without any problem! Recommended!

We loved the place! We immediately felt comfortable because the apartment is beautifully bright and open. The view of Umag and the bay is beautiful and the highlight. Well-appointed and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on site, we could park e-bikes in the house. Only a few minutes' walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly contact persons! For us, it was “the best place to be” in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

Beautiful accommodation with fantastic sea views. Especially the hot tub was a dream in not so warm weather in April. The property is saturated with everything you need. Ivan was very warmly welcomed and was always ready for questions. There were a number of tips on the area in advance. The private tennis court, sauna and bookable massages ask extra luxury. We would definitely book again and again.

The apartment is nicely furnished and was clean when we arrived. We had the unit on the first floor and loved that there is three balconys: one outside the main livingroom/kitchen and two more reachable through a bedroom each. The view of the coastline is unique and breath-taking - the sea only about 50 meters from where the house is situated. We didn't communicate about the number of rooms as we assumed that we rent the whole appartment and one room was locked. As we asked if they could open it, they said additional cleaning fees would apply so we opted against it. Friday and saturday night a beachbar a few hundred meters played loud music until late, not sure if it was a onetime thing or not. Within the week there was peace and quiet. The hosts where easy to communicate with and the flexible check-in was very handy. The private part of the beach has beautiful pine trees which provide amazing shaddow. We're thankful that we got to enjoy this nice space for our family holiday.

This apartment is absolutely fantastic! We loved the place and Tea and her parents have really thought of everything to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. The apartment is VERY spacious and VERY clean. The decor is bright and modern, the bed super comfy and the kitchen well equipped. Tea is amazing with her communication too. It is a real gem and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we visit Croatia again. Thanks so much for a fabulous stay.

The place is great. N the backyard a lot of things for kids to do.

Very easy and comfortable place that was easy to check into and right by the marina. We saw a gorgeous sunset as we arived over the masts in the marina. The beds were comfortable.

Everything was nice and clean, and Tisa is very informative and Quick responding. Thumbs up from me.
