Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Pero

Was in the perfect location, right in the center of downtown Milan. Duomo cathedral, shopping, restaurants, entertainment on the streets- it all was just a walk away. Saved us a lot of money on taxis and Uber. The apartment was very clean, the terrace has a beautiful view, and amenities were included such as towels, iron, washer/dryer (there was a video instructions but I could not figure out how to use). Also what I’m really happy was there is the plug adapters and an informative booklet with WiFi code, metro info, and local recommendations for food, shopping, nightlife etc. The host also provided driver accommodations to and from the airport for an additional fee, and it was worth it for the convenience and comfort. He was very responsive to any questions during our stay. When I come back I will be staying here again and recommending to all my friends and family.

Agnese e’ un ottimo host, precisa ed efficiente. Buoni tempi di risposta. Indicazioni chiare per check in e check out. Appartamento come nelle foto, pulito ed in palazzina sita all’interno del complesso quindi nessun rumore proveniente dalla strada. Ampio parcheggio nelle vicinanze e fermata del metro distante 5 minuti a piedi. Super consigliato per raggiungere San Siro anche a piedi.

Appartamento molto carino e rinnovato, vicinissimo alla metro, a 10 minuti a piedi o ad una fermata di metro c'è anche un parcheggio coperto molto economico. Letto comodo. Il climatizzatore è di quelli portatili, non fissi a parete ma è comunque di dimensioni adeguate per raffreddare tutto l'appuntamento.

I was staying there for work, and the place accommodated all my needs! And the host was really helpful and friendly! It all went above my expectations! A true pleasure staying there! I would most definitely prioritize to they there again next time I come back to Milan.

Appartamento funzionale, si nota la recente ristrutturazione. Host reattivo e estremamente gentile. Zona top per comodità, tranquillità ma anche accesso a stadio, Fiera e centro città. Una base perfetta sia per il relax, sia per il business.

Ótimo lugar para se hospedar em Miliao. Próximo do metrô e do ônibus. Perfeito e confortável.

We loved staying in this beautiful apartment in Milan. From the start, Alice was an amazing communicator and is very kind. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated and has absolutely everything you could need (including air conditioner and a washing machine, which was appreciated). The bed was comfortable, the apartment was very quiet and it was easy to get where you needed as it’s about a 4-5 minute walk to the tram and about a 7-minute walk to the Metro. It’s also doable to walk to the city center if you like to walk (about 40 minutes). Alice was a wonderful host - examples of extra touches included allowing us to drop off our luggage a bit early so that we didn’t have to pay for storage while we toured the Duomo, and checking in with us a few times during our stay to ensure we didn’t need anything. I highly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to stay again should I find myself in Milan. Thank you Alice!

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

Ciao Daniela, what a dream it was to stay at your place! I already can't wait to come back. The room was fabulously decorated, more spacious than the pictures. super clean and well-though out space. Felt super private but in the warmth of someone else's environment. The setting on your farm is unbelievable beautiful. The chickens, cats and dogs - all added to the experience. What a beautiful and serene place - like something out of a fairy tale. This is what AIR BNB used to be about, staying with a host (who is welcoming and proactive like yourself) and you have a real authentic experience of staying in someone's home. You even invited me to pick berries from your farm. Thank you so much for everything. This was not just a stay - this is an experience!

Eine super saubere und sehr ansprechende Wohnung mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht! Top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Von Gewürzen, Spülmaschinen Tabs bis hin zu Reinigungs- und Badartikeln alles vorhanden. Super, super und nochmal super. Immer wieder gerne😉 Danke für alles😉😘

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de Marco à l’occasion d’un EVJF et nous avons été enchantées : appartement accueillant, chic et design ! Accueil plus que chaleureux de Marco qui fait tout pour que nous nous sentions au mieux. Sans oublier sa disponibilité, ses recommandations précieuses et son sens inégalable du service (chauffeur aéroport, chef à domicile, réservations de restaurant et spa, etc.). Nous n’avons aucune fausse note à relever tant Marco nous a offert plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions ! Un immense merci, vous avez rendu notre séjour encore plus inoubliable. Mariagrazia was a great host, she was so responsive and flexible when our plans changed. She was helpful in providing local recommendations, a map of the area, and answered all of our random questions with grace. The flat was the perfect size for 8 of us, and well appointed, we didn’t want for anything. The location was perfect for walking to the sites we wanted to see. If you’re looking for a beautiful Italian experience, a clean place to rest, and a walkable location, look no further.

住宿整体感觉不错，但是公共交通比较少，需要自行配备车辆。洗浴的时候出水量很小，没有洗发水，WI-FI网络速度不快。

We had a great stay! Maria was incredibly attentive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared that we had a good experience—offering helpful advice and tips throughout our trip. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and well-organised. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming space, and as a guest, you really benefit from the clear and well-kept rules. The location is also a major plus—there’s a metro stop right outside, which made getting around the city really convenient. Highly recommend!

Nous avons trouvé l’appartement très agréable, bien organisé et parfaitement équipé. Tout le nécessaire était à disposition, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très confortable. The apartment is beautiful, modern, clean, and tranquil. The kitchen is fantastically equipped; we like to buy local ingredients and cook. the location could not be better situated, near the water, the shopping, the gelato, and the restaurants- a quiet retreat in an exciting location. Sabrina and Riccardo were kind, responsive, generous (welcome wine and cake) and helpful. We would return in a heart beat.

A quiet two bedroom situated right off the metro- super well-situated and easy to navigate the entire city. It was walkable to the Navigli and I felt like a real local. The apartment was accessible on the ground floor with clear instructions for check-in. The mechanical window shutters go down for extra privacy and security at night, which was much appreciated (though Americans might find it gets a little warm at night without air conditioning😅). Overall, an amazing stay in a well-decorated, art-centric comfortable apartment :) I will love to be back soon!

Our family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient and close to many sightseeing spots, which made getting around easy. The kitchen utensils provided were complete and very useful for our daily needs. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience!

Bel appartement . Un souci du détail dans le design et la décoration. Plutôt spacieux. Fabio fait vraiment de son mieux pour qu’on nous faciliter notre séjour.
