Monthly Rentals in Perkins Cove

Perfect place for 2 people with a great location. Walkable to some restaurants and marginal way. Would stay again

We were there for my husband to paint in the annual Ogunquit Plein Air Event in Perkins Cove (a very short walk from Jake’s place) the weekend after Labor Day weekend. The weather was gorgeous. Didn’t need the AC. Loved the cross breezes from kitchen to front door as we chowed down on takeout from Mekhong Thai. The Murphy bed was easy to deploy with the detailed instructions Jake included in the check-in information, and a very comfortable mattress and room to walk around it and even sit on the couch to stream a video—a welcome retreat after a long, fun day at Perkins Cove. Jake’s condo was homey, soothing, and charming: nice, new furniture and appliances; soft, fresh linens; piping hot water—he’d thought of everything, even Poo-Pourii! We loved being there.

We had a terrific time in Maine and by far, this was the best! The apartment was clean, beautiful, peaceful and cozy. It was close to fun shops and wonderful cafes and restaurants!! Not to mention, the close proximity to Perkins cove and Ogunquit town/beach! Tessa and John were wonderful hosts, very responsive and kind! Looking forward to visiting again!!!!
