House vacation rentals in Perkins Cove

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

Jordanna’s place was beautiful and cozy! Perfect for a small family or girls trip up to 3 people. Place was spotless, lots to do in the area and will close proximity to Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Would go back anytime!

We had a wonderful stay in Angela’s beautiful home. It had great amenities, was super clean, and had everything we needed. Loved the pool and fire pit. The kitchen was roomy for cooking too. 5 stars!

Kathi’s place was great! Super close to the Downtown Portland/Old Port area. Kathi was a great host, extremely responsive and genuinely nice, plus she even made my family and I some delicious blueberry muffins for our stay! Her instructions were clear and she made us feel right at home! Would definitely stay again whenever we’re in the area!

The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

The house was in the perfect location for walking to shops and restaurants. It had a great outdoor space. My husband and I enjoyed playing games Cyndi had in the house. Very clean and comfortable with great amenities. We wish we could stay longer! We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at 'Simple and Happy'. It was extremely clean and comfortable. There was nothing that we needed, everything was thought of and provided for. The decorations and ambiance was spectacular! We especially enjoyed sitting out on the back deck overlooking the marsh and watching the birds. Stephanie was an excellent host!

The host was very accommodating with any type of situation related to our questions and concerns. The owner was engaged with us for our entire stay and did whatever she could to make the experience as comfortable as possible. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone who expects a courteous and respectful environment for the whole family!

My stay at the Sandpiper was wonderful! Check in was easy and the unit was spotless and well-equipped with nice bed linens and towels. The Sandpiper is centrally located and walkable, being only an easy 0.8 of a mile from Dock Square (connected by sidewalks for the entire walk). When I had a question about the heating system, Nicole and Rob responded quickly and were very helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the Sandpiper next time I am visiting Kennebunkport!

We had a great time at this place. We were a group of archaeologists here for work and this was a great base from which to travel the area. The facilities were excellent - we were able to cook and wash clothes with ease. There were plenty of spaces from which to sit and discuss findings or work (two lounge areas, a kitchen table and a back deck) and the WiFi worked perfectly. Everything was clean and the rooms were very private and quiet. Jim was extremely helpful and attentive but never intrusive. We could easily walk into South Berwick and there was space to park our cars. We had a great time and would definitely book again in the future!

My family and I had a serene experience staying here. Although the weather was mostly rainy or cloudy, we loved the lake location and maximized the indoor, outdoor, and nearby activity options. The hosts were so responsive, regardless of the question, and made this a truly delightful visit. This was my parents’ first Airbnb experience and it set the bar higher than I could have imagined! My family and I are already talking about coming back!!

Susan was a truly wonderful host, so gracious, thoughtful and kind. Her home was perfect for my husband and 2 young boys. House was immaculately clean. Beds were super comfy, the 2nd floor rooms had plenty of space and my boys loved the bed nooks on the 3rd floor. We enjoyed the porch chairs at night. Beautiful beach was nearby, and Susan had all the beach items ready for us to enjoy. Lots of excellent dining options within a 5-10min drive and close to Ogunquit downtown. Susan left a book of local recommendations which included all the menus from local restaurants which we found helpful in deciding where to dine. Susan shared excellent recommendations on beaches and local activities and knows the area well. Location was perfect. We would love to come back, thank you so much Susan!

Delightful cozy cottage - even with a bit dicey weather lovely views and waves crashing were spectacular. Inside cottage had everything needed - great family feel and nostalgic yet up to date. So glad to have found it open to celebrate postponed 40th anniversary at Nubble

I have stayed in many Airbnbs and others. This was by far the best! From the minute you walk in the door to the time you get into a comfortable bed in a quiet setting, it’s perfect! Ray and Sharon are great hosts and own a property they can be very proud of. They have thought of every little detail. Everyone comes for the town and the ease of getting around. It’s all within walking distance from this beautiful home. Do not hesitate to book this home!

Our group of 8 adored this house — it is clean and nicely updated, amazingly situated just a two minute walk from everything downtown, and the beds were comfortable. The layout is wonderful with ample space for 8 guests. Bonus — we loved that the house was so fresh and clean without being overly fragranced with air fresheners etc. This made the stay extra comfortable for all of us. Aaron was a very responsive and proactive host. We have not one complaint and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, feeling completely at home from the moment of arrival. Thank you Aaron!

Beautiful little chalet just seconds from the beach. We stayed for a surf event and we loved being walking distance! We will come again.

Really enjoyed our stay! We booked for the weekend to celebrate our dad’s 60th birthday & it was the perfect spot to relax! Plenty of space inside & out, comfortable for small or larger groups. The house was one of the better stocked Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, the small touches (snack basket on arrival, mini toiletries in bathroom, plenty of paper products) really made all the difference! The private beach was great & the location felt private, despite having a couple of nearby neighbors & being right on an ATV trail. Loved the game room in the basement, as it gave us plenty to do on a rainy day. Julie was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions for check-in/out. The rate seemed pretty competitive compared to similar homes. Thank you, we had a great time!

We highly recommend this home. It was spotless, well stocked, and very comfortable, inside and out. Pictures in the listing don’t do this place justice! Beautiful, high end linens, great pillows and mattresses, lots of cookware, and extras. Thanks for a great stay.
