Beachfront vacation rentals in Perkins Cove

We spent a wonderful girls weekend in Tanis & Kevin’s lovely lakeside home. We enjoyed the spacious, comfortable and well-appointed rooms and outdoor spaces. We spent many hours on the dock and back deck swimming, sunning and chatting. Tanis and Kevin checked on us and were super responsive for the few questions we had. We were able to drive easily to the grocery store and also did some local hiking and hit up Portsmouth for some touristy stuff. I would definitely stay here again!

We would give this Air B&B even higher ratings if possible. It is one of the cleanest, prettiest and most comfortable one we have stayed at in our years of renting. The bed is amazing and we slept so well each night. It is now listed in our favorites and we look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful stay in Cape Elizabeth! The area was beautiful and it was so peaceful to wake up to ocean views. Check in was easy and host was friendly and responsive.

Another great stay at this place! It’s been consistently a great spot for us. Perfect for a walk to beach or into town. We love it and will definitely be back.

Nice welcome basket with snacks and water bottles in each room with plenty of towels. It is very quiet and peaceful at the camp. It is great for relaxing and hanging out and there are places to eat just a few miles away. I would not stay here if I were looking for a place to swim, while it’s a beautiful water view, the shore is tiny and the vegetation in the water is too thick and slimy to swim. Beautiful sunsets over the water. If you are looking for a quiet, slightly rustic camp in the woods with waterfront views then you won’t be disappointed here.

This was a beautiful house with lots of light. We felt welcomed right away with a few snacks on the table for us and drinks in the fridge. Coreen was so responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The yard was pretty and we enjoyed being able to see boats in the harbor. This house worked well for us to explore the greater Portland area.

The cabin was exactly as described snd expected. It was very spacious and peaceful with great views. It was also close enough driving distance to restaurants, grocery, etc.

Great location, close by to the beach and right at the beginning of all the shops and food. We will be back!

We stay at Hampton Beach every year for a few days. This has by far been the best. It seemed we were at home. Copmmunication with the owner and the facility was exceptional.

A great spot tucked away!! House was cute and as shown in the pictures, is right on the water and has some great views! It rained the majority of the time we were there so didn’t get to take advantage of all the outdoor amenities, but would have if better weather! Host was very friendly, communicative and responsive!

We had a wonderful time! Going during off season was very peaceful and quiet will definitely book again in the future!

The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

My husband and I have been vacationing in Wells for years. This is the first year we traveled to Wells around the holidays and the first time we used Air BnB. Beautiful time of year to see the lower coastline of Maine. The Air BnB on Atlantic Ave that David hosted is perfect. The atmosphere, location, beachfront, and a spacious patio/deck is amazing. The master bedroom has a remarkable view of the ocean and allows you to hear the sounds of the waves crashing onto the beach for that calm feeling. The town had their 39th annual holiday parade which did not disappoint. No question the Seafood in the area is stellar. Many small shops in the area and if you have time Portland is an hour away and they have a very eclectic scene. Kennebunkport, York, Ogunquit are all in driving distance, those towns are gorgeous as well. We love Wells Beach and everything seems to center around its location. Be advised that some of the local business may be closed due to being seasonal. Thank you David.

Janath was extremely helpful with clear instructions. He went above & beyond to accommodate requests & was very responsive. The property was beautiful, clean, & great location for a weekend trip. Would recommend this property to family & friends!

Our family of 6 (4 young kids, 2 adults) had such an amazing stay at the cottage. There was clear/clean, warm water, a long dock, kayaks/adult life jackets, outdoor chairs, and a beautiful cottage interior. All of the beds were cozy, there were tons of extra towels, blankets, and pillows provided. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home. The wifi was fast and reliable (which was helpful when the kids needed a movie). The sun sets every night directly over the lake, and was a beautiful end to every day. Central AC was so nice on a couple of extra hot days, and there were extra fans as well. The lake is so calm and quiet, we met a few of the neighbors who were all kind. We recommend bringing a bunch of sand toys for little ones, and they will play out there all day! The neighbors all kept their own storage areas, and I could tell they appreciated that we brought our own toys and were respectful of their spaces. We will be back as soon as we can! Thank you Adam!

We loved our stay! CONVENIENT!! Perfect for a small family or couple. Right across the street from the beach. Two lovely restaurants right next door, the general store for quick snacks. Walk to the town, park, arcade. The beach was lovely and the tide never came in too close! The rental was very clean, had everything you would need. View and sunrise were amazing. Allee was very responsive! Would definitely come back with my family!

The house was bright, spacious, and in the perfect location. You could tell that George and Amanda truly care about curating a beautiful beach house and a great experience for guests.

Was a beautiful place and lives up to our expectations, house is well maintained, clean, and any question I had they answered right away which was nice. There are lots of things to do around that area. Us having a 1 year old we unfortunately didn’t enjoy the nightlife or restaurants, but there are many options. At the end of the day we were very happy, and there were no surprises or feelings of not getting our money worth. Would recommend especially if you have small children because it’s very peaceful, neighbors were all very nice as well. Over all a good place to rent.

We loved the place. I hesitate to give it too good a rating because that might make it harder for us to get a reservation in the future. It was just the two of us and we never left except once to buy groceries. The unimpeded panorama of sea, sand and sky 24/7 is unique to this property, which while being lovely and comfortable, seems to exist only to provide a front row seat to savor constant everchanging spectular of sea and sky. We were there in off season, and blessed with crazy good weather. But I am sure it is equally delightful whenever you are lucky enough to be there. Kudos to Aimee and her vision of in creating this treasure of a place. I LOVE that there is no porch railing. Never add one. THanks, Aimee.

Warren and Jen are fabulous hosts that have repeatedly treated our family like friends. They are quick to respond, and even better, are one step ahead. They have created an idyllic getaway property that everyone in our family finds unmatched. It is just perfect. Warren and Jen have a real gem with their property, and working with them is a warm experience. We can't wait to come back.
