We had a great weekend with the family in this pretty cottage full of charm! The place is quiet, tastefully decorated in a very warm fisherman's hut style. The south-facing terrace is perfect for relaxing. A big thank you to Framboise for her warm and attentive welcome, she has greatly contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. We have a wonderful holiday in Daniel's beautiful home. The house was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was large with a very, very nice shower. The enclosed yard was perfect for our little dog, and the wifi was extremely fast and stable, which was perfect for my husband who was working remotely. It was easy to cast to the smart tv as well. Daniel was very professional and friendly, and we really appreciated his proactive communication. He responded to our messages almost instantly and made us feel very welcome. We would absolutely stay with Daniel again, and we highly recommend his home. We couldn't have been happier :)

We are happy with our stay. The location is very very quiet, the accommodation is spacious, pleasant, functional. I would recommend this place without any issues.

We particularly enjoyed our stay at Géraldine's. The house is very convenient for a family on one level with an exterior going around the house and well exposed allowing you to enjoy the sun all day. Everything necessary is available, from indoor to outdoor equipment (deckchairs, parasol, etc.). The house is perfectly located in Rivedoux with the necessary amenities about ten minutes away as well as the beach. Communication went very well and Geraldine was always very responsive. We won't hesitate to come back on our next vacation!

Very good quality rental. Fabienne takes care of her occupants. A very well-equipped kitchen. The living room is spacious and very pleasant. The comfortable rooms and the children's room are very appreciated. Lots of storage to settle in and feel at home. A beautiful terrace, we would recommend this house and look forward to next year.

The house is absolutely great (I agree with some older reviews: the living room and the rooms are much more spacious than the photos let them guess: it's a nice surprise when you arrive). We appreciated the amenities, comfort and decoration of the house, as well as its location: full of nice walks nearby, a delicious bakery in Dompierre (L 'AuthentiQ), one of the best dinners of our life at the restaurant La PierreVue in Saint-Rogatien, La Rochelle and its aquarium to see absolutely less than 20 minutes away... The heated pool in this sunny early April was a real enchantment. Finally Marine is a particularly warm and attentive host, and the communication was very pleasant. We will come back without hesitation!

A dream house! Surrounded by a large plot, the house is spacious and well laid out. We immediately felt at home. The pool was much appreciated by young and old. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped. Fiber internet connection that allowed efficient teleworking for several people.

We had a pleasant stay. Small but functional accommodation. Just a downside for the lack of parking and everything is paid in the area, but hey, the landlord is not to blame, It is the policy of the city which increasingly restricts car access in the city.

We have just spent a week, July 2024, a family of 12 plus a baby, at this very beautiful house. There is everything and more you could ever need. It is quiet. It is a beautiful area and the village has a beautiful bakery and supermarket. The beach is approx 15 mins by car. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we loved it. The kids played tirelessly in the beautiful big pool. The house has cots, high chair and even toys for the children. It was my 60th birthday and my family organised a local private chef (Manu chef a domicile) to cook for us, recommended by Will and it was amazing. We picked up hire cars at the train station also recommended by Will. The whole process was more than easy. We had the best time and would highly recommend to a large family. We hope that this is not the last time we stay at this stunning house and hopefully not our last time in La Rochelle. Holiday blues are real when you’ve visited such a beautiful place 😊

This house is beautiful, the owners have paid attention to detail which shows in the decor and quality furnishings. It's fully equipped which made everything perfect for our stay. You're in the centre of town but it still feels peaceful and private. The garden is lovely with plenty of seating and of course the large pool. There is use of the garage but we always found space on the street outside. Great place to explore the Marais Poitivin or go to the coast. The town has a lot of restaurants, and a lovely cathedral and public gardens. A 5 star stay we won't forget!

A slice of paradise! The winery is nestled in an alley in La Flotte. 2 minutes from all shops and restaurants as well as the port, it is nevertheless really quiet and sheltered from prying eyes by its high walls. The plancha and outdoor table were very nice for enjoying the sun! Well secured for children or a dog Very well-equipped, we will definitely go back. Gaëlle was very nice and full of good advice and Freddy was great too. Don't hesitate!

The apartment is perfectly equipped, there is absolutely nothing lacking. It feels good from the first minute, like home – or even better! Nathalie is very welcoming, the garden was great for our dogs,the only small downside but nothing bad ,( it's me who should have asked) but there is no salt,no dish soap,no towel,no sponge or hand soap so I had to go back and do the shopping ,if it can be used for the next ones 😉 otherwise the walks by the sea were very nice and the area is very quiet
