American billiards, swimming pool, ping pong table are at your disposal to have a good time. You can also enjoy a large unoverlooked terrace. Parking is available on the street (free). A bus stop 50 m away leads directly to the old port (15 min).

Independent stone cottage in Villedoux

Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.

We are located in a cul-de-sac. We are 15 min drive from Ile de Ré and Chatelaillon, 20 min from Rochefort and Fouras. Downtown La Rochelle is 15 min by bike, well served with bike paths and by bus (bus stops are close to the house). Downtown Périgny is 5 min walk with all shops and a great U market is 3 km walk. Close to Parc des Coureilles and the aquatic center.
