Apartment vacation rentals in Périgny

We have been using Airbnb for a long time but this is amongst the best places we have stayed. The location is brilliant with a private beach..,,come on! Aurelie was brilliant with great advice on local sights and restaurants Would recommend Les Viviers exceptional food. We cannot wait to come back cannot recommend highly enough. Property was quiet while we were there beautifully presented comfortable bed and super shower

The apartment is located in the heart of the old port of La Rochelle. It overlooks an inner courtyard which makes it peaceful in the middle of restaurants and cafes around. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bedding is very comfortable. We highly recommend Leslie's apartment - a peaceful haven where we happily returned after our busy days. Leslie is very responsive and attentive.

Brigitte is super nice and very helpful. The apartment is perfectly clean, large, very quiet, with heating and equipped with everything you might need. The location is central in the old town center, in a few minutes you can walk to the harbor. Nearby there are many restaurants and shopping. Arriving by car is a bit complicated due to the location of the apartment (no stopping and parking in front of the apartment). There is parking in the vicinity, but it is often subject to a fee. Free parking is available near the adjacent park. All in all, it was a very nice stay in La Rochelle. THANK YOU Brigitte..!! 😉😉

Jean Marie is a great host. The place is well located within less than 15 minutes walk from the centre. it is a great appartement well decorated and well appointed and met all our needs for a short break in La Rochelle. There is on site free parking which for us was a real bonus. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is very well located and very functional

The location of this apartment is excellent. Very walkable to all areas of interest/inportance in La Rochelle including the Vieux-Port, aquarium, train station, Hôtel de Ville. The apartment is well furnished and it is great to have a private outdoor space as well as big windows looking out over the marina. The hosts are responsive and helpful if any issues or questions arise. The Café downstairs is also worth checking out. Definitely would recommend for your visit to La Rochelle!

I thank Estelle and Aurélie again for this impeccable short stay, disconnected, with miles of beautiful beach accessible from the garden. 🧡 The accommodation is ultra clean, functional (nothing is missing), quiet, with panoramic views and beautiful sea. Chatelaillon beach 3 km away adds to the charm of this very good location. It was perfect for a break.

The loft occupies the top floor of the family home, in an idyllic setting by a small canal of the Poitevin marsh. Chickens, goats, sheep, dogs, cats, swallows and small birds, this is the house of happiness. We had a delicious weekend, between boating and cycling in the marsh.

We had a great time in this very nice, clean, bright, beautifully decorated apartment, well located (20 min walk to the port). The sunny terrace and private parking are a real plus. Pedro is a very welcoming host. We would definitely recommend this place. Thank you Pedro for the good advice on restaurants/bars and walks in La Rochelle.

We were greeted by Stéphanie, who was really nice and flexible with us. When we arrived, we were able to put our car directly in the underground parking, it's a real plus! No need to worry about our car for the entire stay. The accommodation is as described, super nice and really very well equipped. There's nothing missing! We were able to enjoy the garden furniture on the terrace and it was so nice. Almost not overlooked, quiet. The neighborhood was pretty quiet. The proximity to the Carrefour City right next door is great. We were able to go to the port of Minimes on foot (40 min) along the coast, it was very nice! We had a great time at this apartment!

We had a great time at Emmanuelle's: ideal location for discovering La Rochelle on foot, a very well-equipped, new, clean accommodation with a terrace that is very enjoyable in this weather. We'll be happy to go back.

The apartment is new, spacious and tastefully furnished. The terraces make it an exceptional property. Pergola with a hot tub at the top. Parking with 2 spaces and an electric terminal is a real plus. Astrid and her family are welcoming and accommodating. I recommend it!

It’s a fantastic location in a beautiful part of La Rochelle, a few minutes walk to the Port, shops, restaurants etc. The apartment was very well equipped with lovely views from the terrace including the use of the jacuzzi which was an added bonus. For young toddlers and people with mobility issues the stairs would be challenging. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Very nice hosting by Frédéric. We stayed there on a long weekend with our baby, the studio space was quite sufficient. The common courtyard is lovely. Perfect location, with views of the port, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (without the associated noise pollution). Frédéric was very available for any questions. I recommend it.

Very nice accommodation with its small terrace out of sight. The jacuzzi is a real treat whatever the weather. Very well located on the island. You can do anything on foot or by bike . Boris is always available and very welcoming. A big thank you. We'll be happy to do it again.
