Vacation rentals with lake access in Pérez Zeledón

we had an issue at another property and had to leave very quickly in the middle of the night. I was able to get a response from Beau and get connected with his local person to get us into this property so we had a place to sleep that night. It was very appreciated with his quick responses and ability to get us somewhere safe that evening. There are a few of his units and they are behind a commercial type of development with a few restaurants there super cool area right on the main paved road in Dominical. I would definitely recommend this place to other patrons.

Our stay at Daniel's country home was incredibly relaxing and peaceful. The vast property offered exceptional privacy, nestled alongside a stunning river perfect for leisurely swims. The meticulously maintained swimming pool, filled with pristine river water, added an extra layer of luxury to our stay. Inside the home, a refreshing breeze flowed through the spacious farm windows, enhancing the tranquil atmosphere. The surrounding gardens teeming with beautiful birds further added to the charm of the place. We found the showers to be consistently hot and the beds provided utmost comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Daniel's hospitality truly exceeded our expectations. He offered invaluable recommendations and remained highly responsive throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the well-stocked kitchen made meal preparation a breeze. Our experience at Daniel's country retreat was nothing short of delightful.

Ashley's home was absolutely amazing. We are a family of eight and her home was well equipped to support our family. Absolutely amazing food forest of pineapples, passion fruit, inca nuts, bananas, katuk, jackfruit and so much more. The water is drinkable and there were few outages (which are common in Costa Rica). Ashley was very responsive to any needs. The VIEWS are everything and more! It's well worth the "adventurous" drive up the mountain. Every day was an experience and an opportunity to explore the area. There are hidden waterfalls, different fruits around the community and a peaceful waterway that you can hear from the Casita (which is a separate property from the main house). Todd and Jill were our neighbors, and they were there when we needed them. Todd was helpful in maintaining the grounds. Our children referred to him as the "fruit fairy" because he would leave passion fruit on the steps and pineapples on the back porch. Overall, it was a great experience!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Tityra! The place is cozy, comfortable, and surrounded by stunning nature that will take your breath away. The garden is like something out of a dream, and having a peaceful river flowing right in the back made it feel like our private slice of paradise. What makes this spot even more incredible is its location in the heart of the majestic Parque Nacional Chirripó, one of Costa Rica’s natural jewels. This enormous national park is a gateway to endless adventure, with an abundance of trails, hidden reserves, and jaw-dropping landscapes to explore. Whether you’re a nature lover, an avid hiker, or simply looking for tranquility, this place has it all. Flori was the cherry on top—an outstanding host who went above and beyond to help us discover the wonders of the area and ensure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed every second here and can’t wait to return. Casa Tityra is not just a stay; it’s an experience you’ll never forget!

Un lugar al que volvería muchas veces , muy tranquilo y cerca de las principales playas. se ajusto a nuestra necesidad. Atención excelente de principio a fin.

Un lugar bonito, céntrico y tranquilo, cerca de muchas playas y mucha naturaleza alrededor. Necesitan mejorar un poco el higiene en el área de los utensilios de la cocina y mejorar en su varias cositas para que el lugar sea más seguro, pero en sí, está bien. Tampoco había televisión a pesar de que queríamos un lugar con TV… :(

This was a lovely quiet area just on the edge of town, easy to walk to grab coffee or to the atm. Easy walk to Uvita waterfall to the river. The main noises I heard were construction down the road and happy animals playing with their people, otherwise it was very peaceful. The room was very clean and the fan was plenty to stay comfortable. The kitchen was accesible and had the basics handy. A great place to explore Uvita.

A pesar de que está un poquito alejado de la playa tiene una ubicación conveniente, a minutos de restaurantes, gimnasios y supermercados. Lugar limpio, la cocina amplia y conveniente. Lugar tranquilo para descansar y relajarse. No hay aire acondicionado pero tiene ventilador y la casa buena ventilación natural. El precio muy cómodo y la anfitriona súper amable y agradable! Lo recomiendo
