It's a very nice place, fully equipped so you don't need anything and you feel right at home, the place was very clean and easy to find. I was able to take my whole family and my pets and everyone felt comfortable. In addition, the host helped me a lot by letting me in a little earlier than check-in

Great family vacation. House was beautiful and clean, had everything we needed. Location was very private with amazing views. The dirt road up the hill was a little bumpy and long but well worth the drive. Concierge service was top notch- responded to all of our questions with timely manner with great recommendations

This was a lovely home. The hosts were very responsive. Lovely location, close to a local waterfall, my kids wanted to go every day. Very safe area. Beautiful pool. The home would be ideal for a family with older kids or multiple couples as each room is separate not connected. Overall, great experience, we loved Uvita! Thanks for having us.

Great place to stay with the beach really close and all type of other places that someone will need near the Airbnb with easy access.

We needed a place for our large mixed group of family and friends who were here for a wedding and this place was perfect. Ample room for everyone, safely gated, a pool to keep the kids busy and large common area for everyone to convene. There are others living nearby but they are quiet and we’re always very helpful whenever we needed. You’ll want to have a car while here so you can quickly and easily jaunt into the city centre or take a short trip to Dominical (about 35 minutes). Would happily return! Great place.

The house is very spacious and openly designed and has a lovely view from each of the three balconies. So you can see Lots of different birds such as Aras while doing your morning yoga. The A/C and ventilators functionned very well. There is an outside tap to wash your surfboards and feed after coming from the beach. You can do lots of different activities in the near surrounding. It is very easy to find following the signs Travis is sending by photographs.

this house is magically peaceful. You can walk all over Uvita from this location . You can hear the river from the house and sit by or in it in a few steps!

We enjoyed our 3-night stay very much. The pool is super nice and the accommodation is super clean and well-equipped.

We stayed at three different places during our trip to Costa Rica. This place stand out for several reasons - the view is amazing. It’s hard to put into words. You overlook a valley and can see the ocean in the distance. The view and the mix of rustic 70s vibe of tiled, spanish style, is memorable. Great balcony overlooking the valley. Can easily accommodate 6 or more people. It’s simple and not modern. The kitchen features a gas stove. The pool is amazing. And the sound of the jungle at night is impressive. You need a 4 x 4 to get here. The main floor with kitchen is spacious. The units below are connected with outdoor stairs. It’s away from the more touristy places. Which really shines

The house is beautiful, private, clean and equipped with everything you need to enjoy it comfortably. It is in an excellent location, close to Marino Ballena National Park, restaurants and supermarkets. My daughters really enjoyed the pool. Thanks to Tyler and Vicky for the excellent stay; also, I really appreciate Tony for helping us find our way when we got a little lost on arrival. I would definitely recommend this place!

This was our second time visiting Jim’s place. It is such a special property, surrounded by nature. Jim did an incredible job designing and landscaping his home. There are native fruit trees that surround it. Every sunset Tucans visit the property, and we were lucky enough to see Howler monkeys in the distance. This property fills our cup and we hope to return in the future. While we love visiting Domincalito and the laid back beaches, our favorite thing to do while visiting is lounge at Jim’s and take in the beautiful landscape. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

Very nice place with jungle around. Good location to get to surf spots at Dominical. The rocky road from main road which is leading to property could be tricky as it gets very steep. We managed with just a small SUV-front drive. Would recomend for someone who like privacy and nature :) Thank you

We absolutely loved our stay at the Blue Shack. It was perfect and we wouldn’t change a thing. Dominical is such a cute beach town and we were located right near all the good food and shops. The kids loved the pool. Steve was very helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to stay in Dominical or the central Pacific area.

A truly beautiful Home, very well laid out, comfortable spaces inside and out. Lovely views and nice pool. Well accommodated. A four-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended as the house is built on a very steep road, so you will need a four-wheel-drive to make it in and out of the driveway .

This home is so magical! The outdoor living space is so beautiful and peaceful with amazing views and sounds of the jungle, ocean waves and the aroma of flowers is something we will always remember. Our kids basically lived in the whale pool where we spotted so many butterflies, birds (several toucans) , different kinds of iguanas/lizards and a rainbow. The jungle trails are wonderful to walk around and explore. Each morning and night we heard and saw Howler monkeys jumping to different trees…it was such a cool experience. Our kids loved the huge bath tab and the rain showers were lovely. The location is great…easy drive to restaurants/beaches. I highly recommend experiencing this home.

This was our favorite Airbnb home, by far. The location is ideal- in the forest, yet less than 15 minutes from the beach. The house was clean, well maintained, and beautiful with amazing views and landscaping. The concierge service made it incredibly easy to book unforgettable experiences. Highly recommended!!

Eddie’s place is a real gem. Incredible privacy and views, well appointed and comfortable home. The kitchen comes very well equipped and the beds are comfortable. Small details make his place extra wonderful. High quality linens, blankets, beautifully manicured garden and lawn. Henry, the groundskeeper is lovely. My children had so much fun playing hide and seek on the generous property and I loved waking up before sunrise, sitting on the deck and listening to a million birds beautifully singing through day break. My kids said they loved the home and want to come back!!

Love the place. The host helped arrange a car rental which you must have to get to the place. We used an uber a couple of times - although the uber couldn’t get all the way to the place.

Peaceful stay in beautiful nature! Sharon was very welcoming and we were happy we got a chance to join one of the weekly Tai chi sessions

The house was 5 stars! Well equipped, beautiful views, we saw monkeys, birds, crabs. Loved the shower and bathroom windows view to the jungle. Forest was a great host and answered all of our questions.
