great place to stay, kitnet has everything you need, bathroom with hot shower, air conditioning on both floors, tv, balcony with place to hang clothes, basic items for cooking, in general served us very well Kitnet Street is not paved, which makes it a little difficult to walk on, we also had difficulty with parking, it does not have enough spaces for all the aps, but we parked on the street and had no problem, the place is safe. Very close to the beach, close to parties, pagode, restaurants, you can do everything on foot. Perhaps for 6 adults the environment is tight, but we settled in well Super I indicate the place, we will come back more often for sure!

We simply love this place. We went on the carnival holiday in search of quiet and that's exactly what we found: quiet place, seaside, AMAZING sunset, wonderful view of both the bungalow and the pool (which was only for us for the entire stay). It had everything we needed. Couldn't have been in a better place. The access is super quiet, Davide gave us great instructions for the site and guided us perfectly. Your dogs are gracious.

The space matched the listing, very beautiful view and lots of contact with nature! As an improvement, I point out the need to better clarify in the listing about the room being located on a hill, where access is quite narrow and can be difficult for some cars. I also point out the need for greater maintenance of the basic ingredients made available, as I ended up not being able to use them due to the lack of cleaning and replenishment.

Our experience was excellent! The building is exactly as shown in the photos — spacious, well maintained and with a very good tasteful decoration. From the beginning, communication with Luciana and Gilson was impeccable. They were extremely attentive, always available and responded very quickly to all of our questions. The place is cozy, well located and perfectly met our expectations. We were really satisfied with the lodging and feel at home for the entire stay. Undoubtedly, we recommend for those seeking comfort, practicality and a great reception. For future trips, we will certainly choose to stay at the same place again!

Neuza always requests a lot of requests received us at the house,always sending a message asking how the stay was like etc… .Wehave a lot of the comfortable house easy access everything impeccable !!!! Both Neuza and the house were excellent!!!! We love and SIMMM WILL BE BACK!!!

The view is truly amazing, a spectacle, especially at sunrise and sunset. The home is as in the description. All beautiful and in very good taste. Sonara and her husband are very helpful, even he helped us to climb the hill and reassured us, it's really ingratiate, but not hard, our car went up well every day. Ilhabela is wonderful and with the view from this house, it was even more amazing. My family and I will definitely return.

I went with my Border Collie, husband and couple of my friend. I was afraid my dog didn't fit in, but she felt at home. It's all well organized, clean. The main bedroom has a laundry room which was great for her. The view is wonderful. I'd definitely come back. By the way, it does not appear in the photos, but the balcony is protected.

It was worth the five nights I stayed at Ana's place in Ilhabela. A place too gorgeous, 180 degrees of ocean for 24-hour contemplation. The house has all the amenities for your stay, in the right measure, without exaggeration and very cozy. The house is all surrounded by the Atlantic Forest and the pool installed on a deck overlooking the sea. There is an exclusive access to the sea by the stones, which provides a delicious bath in tranquil waters. From those places they miss.

My stay in Maresias was wonderful, and much of this is due to the incredible hospitality of Edmundo and Gê. From the first contact, they were extremely attentive, friendly and helpful, making me feel at home from the first moment. Space is exactly like in the pictures — clean, well cared for, with a great energy and full of details that show the affection with which everything was prepared. The location is also excellent: close to the beach, in a quiet region and at the same time close to everything we need. The couple's hospitality really makes all the difference. Always available to help with what was needed, they gave great tips from the region and received us with great affection and respect. Without a doubt, I recommend with my eyes closed. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy Maresias with comfort, tranquility, and good hosts, this is the right place. I miss you now and hope to be back soon! Thank you so much Edmundo e Gê!

Second time I stayed at the place. Vivian is an excellent host. Very polite and quick to respond to messages. The place is the same as the listing, it is in a great location, close to the historic center of São Sebastião, close to the bus station and close to the ferry between São Sebastião and Ilhabela. I highly recommend it and hope to stay other times lol.

The Mônica space is extremely similar to the description, with preserved furniture, well-kept environments and thoroughly cleaned. The house is within an organized condo and insurance with 24-hour gatehouse. Although it is a little distant from the beach, about 15 minutes walking, the house is worth it and Mônica was extremely attentive and careful with us. Super recommend the space.

Hostã Islana treated us VERY WELL. We showed the whole house; he gave us the guidelines about the house and the best way to enjoy the stay (low sound so as not to disturb the neighborhood and other houses around); he gave us the main information to enjoy the Carnival (the Carnival of S. Sebastião and region is very good, because there are several options that cater to all kinds of tastes); it answered us quickly whenever we had doubts and let us in before the check in time (we had calculated a delay in the trip, but we did not get intense traffic and this made us arrive in advance). The neighborhood is SUPER quiet there is no noise of anything! Because it was near Bela Island, I had imagined that there would also be such "borrachudos" there, but fortunately I was mistaken, because in S. Sebastião is not there and this facilitates the night's sleep. Isalana's husband taught us a second way to access the downtown of São Sebastião that made it much easier, because we didn't catch traffic. VALEUD+

Excellent apartment! Just like the photos. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for a good stay. The air-conditioning in the rooms is very good! It's too cold, lol; The leisure area of the condominium is indescribable, very good game room and the pool is wonderful. As for the beach, it is a tombo beach that needs attention because of the holes, but we managed to enjoy it without problems because Ronaldo gave us great tips. We enjoyed our stay and we intend to return for sure!

The accommodation and grounds are idyllic, with amazing views of the ocean, on site waterfalls and a beautiful garden area. The swimming pool with a stone base is a particular highlight. The accommodation is well equipped, very comfortable and has a stunning balcony. Cristina and family are very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip shorter than planned due to extreme weather but we hope to return soon!
