We love the stay! Caio was very attentive, responded promptly, gave hints about Ilhabela and left a treat on our arrival. The house has a lot of green area, a quiet place and corresponds to the listing. I recommend it and if you go to Ilhabela again, it would be in this space again.

The house matches exactly all listing photos and descriptions. The residence is very complete, cozy, refreshing, clean and had all the utensils we needed. It has a garage with space for two cars, a barbecue area, TV, two bathrooms, two bedrooms with a double bed and one with two single beds. I felt at home. The location is very good too! Close to important points on the island. But what delighted us most, besides the island, of course, was the way we were received, very quickly and clearly, Érica gave us a summary of the care we needed to take, tips for tours and beaches, where to get supplies and even the most appropriate repellent! With these tips, we feel less lost and can enjoy a little more. I really have no words to describe how rewarding this trip was. Satisfaction in every way! I hope to be back soon and stay a little longer because 3 days went by too fast!

The house is very good, spacious, comfortable, air in all bedrooms and in the living room, well-equipped kitchen with all kinds of equipment: Tostex, toaster, kettle, microwave, pots, glasses, plates, cups. The furniture in general then in good condition and are functional. Very pleasant grill area with a background for an area of forest, maintaining privacy. We had an issue with one of the showers that was promptly resolved by the host. I had read in previous guests' comments about a water pump noise in the room and chose to rent the house anyway, as I thought it might not be so annoying, but it was. It would be good to change the bomb for a silent one or invest in a noise fence, as it really bothers those who stay in that room. Every time it flushes or opens a faucet, the pump triggers high. Other than that, it was very pleasant, the house is very close to the beach, about 10 min walking.

It was a great experience! Adriana is super solicitous, explained everything right and responds quickly. The house is very faithful to the photos, small but very cozy, ideal for 3 people. Next to Praia da Maresias, and also close to wineries and good restaurants in the region. It was a great lodging, I recommend!

House 13 is super cozy, organized and clean. It features cooking utensils and barbecue. Nice and clean pool, I loved it. It was me, my husband and our niece(child) and the house super met our needs and expectations. It has a good location, being close to the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and etc. Bairro bemossegado. The host Andrea is very cordial, leaving us at will. Thanks so much, we really like the days we spend in your house, as soon as possible we want to come back more times!

A delightful place, 🥰 everything clean and organized, extremely comfortable and satisfying for a couple. Full kitchen, bedroom with air conditioning and fan, great shower and the outdoor area is very nice for a barbecue and lying in the hammock, even with the rain we enjoyed it a lot, we will definitely be back!

Hosts were great, messaging us before stay with all the necessary details. The space is like the photos, cozy, clean and organized. It is the last condominium house, so it is very private. We recommend and will return more often.

Very beautiful apartment, with a stone in the room that gives an elegant touch, the person responsible was very attentive, helped us with everything possible. Very nice and clean apartment pool. Air Conditioning in both bedrooms, working perfectly, showerheated that it was a beauty, had ice water filter, microwave, clean fridge, even washing machine. They left products for us to use, in addition to which São Sebastião is very beautiful and you can cross by ferry to Ilha Bela. Everything is close by, I recommend it to discerning customers and we want to come back.

Vimerson was very receptive, the house is great, spacious, clean beds and mattresses, a gourmet area and wonderful pool (which the kids love) not to mention the forest reserve with waterfall in front of the house, everything was perfect, we all loved it, we already have plans to make another reservation soon! We were delighted, well wooded and quiet place. The pool is a delight, my children loved it. The house is super well equipped and clean. The service and availability of the wordless Marinete, note 10. We are very comfortable and well received by Carmem. We'll come back again for sure.

It was a happy find that I would definitely return and recommend, I looked for a large space for our days with our dogs and it was better than I expected. It felt like home and safe.

The house perfectly met our needs. The town of Larissa was super requests at all times when we need it. We love it! :) Two points only, it is that you can't do much on foot, as the streets are steep beeem and there was a lot of tingles at the kitchen counter/sink, so you couldn't leave food there. Otherwise, it's okay.

This place was absolutely perfect!!!! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures, with stunning views of the mountains and sea. The house is very comfortable, and having three en suite bathrooms for each room was great. It’s a 5 minute drive from the beach! Ana Maria was so helpful, responsive and kind, always communicating with us when we had a question. And we hired Giovana as a cook for the week, which was a great decision - she made delicious meals for us so we really could feel like we’re on vacation. 10/10 stay, I recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach vacation, and I hope to visit again!!!

The house is complete with all items in the kitchen. Clean and pleasant place, very nice landscaping. Flexibility and organization of the owners and managers of the site were impeccable. Always very polite and solicitous. Very good location. Even with a little difficult access through the street, but it is not the fault of the establishment, but the city of São Sebastião, which unfortunately does not take care of the streets and sidewalks of Maresias. Because where the Vila's responsibility access is impeccable. The only point of improvement, which is a detail in the whole, is the cleaning of the pool. High season the pool is very used, so the cleaning needs to be done constantly.

Casa de caiçara, simple but that served me very well, is by the river, my dog has had a lot of fun, is close to the waterfalls and has everything close, supermarkets, pharmacy and etc., the house is less than 10 minutes from the beach, excellent.
