Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Pereque Beach

Casa is great for those who want to stay close to the beach, the condominium is very safe, in 5 minutes you are on the beach, it is close to the busiest region of Maresias. The air conditioning in the house is very good, comfortable bed, good infra in the kitchen (many dishes, forks, pots, etc). Great cost-benefit, we'll be back more often for sure.

Amazing weekend. We were welcomed by Daniel's parents, wonderful and very affectionate people. Everything impeccable, wonderful stay. The outdoor area is beautiful, super clean pool, we have nothing missing. Super attentive Daniel, I was a month ago filling him with kk questions and he always patiently and very much request. I only have compliments and thanks... We look forward to coming back soon.

The house is perfect, very airy and spacious Condominium with all the infrastructure, fitness center, swimming pools, sauna One of the amenities offered that made the difference were the beach chairs and umbrellas, the staff who put them in the place the guest indicates, everything perfect! Thaís was extremely helpful and attentive, we will definitely be back!

The impeccable house has everything in the smallest detail, very beautiful and comfortable, just a little smell of mold , due to being closed and because it has a lot of wood, but nothing that discourses, the property is perfect, beautiful decor, has all utensils , impeccable cleaning, everything for a perfect stay, I felt at home. The condominium is wonderful, as well as beautiful with incredible vegetation, delicious pools. You have to drive to the concierge and leave it there so you can go to the beach, as the house is far away. But from the concierge to the beach about 100m, with beach service, polite and gentle staff. The location of the house is in the best point of the beach , busiest, but for night trips we had to drive, about 2 km away . We love and we will return more often, Note 10!!!!

We had an amazing weekend at Ilhabela and Rafael’s place was stunning. It’s in great location, easily walkable to the restaurants. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to spend holidays at Ilhabela stay at his place

Casa even better than in the ad, extremely cosy and clean. Bed and bath linens in great condition and of quality. The house is super-equipped and has served us super well, family-friendly and fully fenced for pets. Township Anne was a sweetheart from the beginning and very helpful. Esper back more often 😊

Our stay in this place was surprising, the view is a thousand times better than in the photos , without regard to the structure of the house everything you need they offer , from bedding to appliances , clean house all new , from the first contact with Roberta very helpful and soon after with Vera ,who always answered some doubts that we had, for sure, we will go back !

Good house, beautiful and in a quiet place. I think it's a good stay for 4 people. We were at 6 and on the dining table there are only 4 seats and 4 chairs, as well as some cooking utensils such as cups of tea. Because they had 2 children in the group and in the holiday mood, we didn't mind eating sitting on the floor of the room and supporting the plate on the coffee table. It was not a surprise as we saw in the photos, but depending on the group, it could be an important point. We can't use the jacuzzi because it takes a long time to warm up and can't start with the house's electric shower as the di-junctor falls. When we came back from the beach in the late afternoon, there was always someone wanting to take a shower and take the sand out of the body before entering the jacuzzi, so we couldn't keep it on for a long enough heat. With the cold water, no one entered, unfortunately. It would be interesting if they could improve the electrical issue to correct this.

The house is beautiful, just like the photos, very comfortable, functional, well-equipped and conveniently located The host always responded very quickly and solved everything for us in the best way. Everything was excellent! The place is highly recommended, we will definitely be back.

Gorgeous house, very close to the beach, so it means if you are a family with children you can easily come and go without a car. Very well equipped for cooking also! Great experience!

The house is very good, clean, very well maintained, everything is clear, spacious and pleasant. Beds with great mattresses. Well-equipped kitchen. We loved everything about the house. The neighborhood is simple, but quiet and easy to access the main track to the beaches. Very close to the Tenda Hypermarket (cheapest in Ubatuba). We just missed having a fan in the dining room.... it's a suggestion for the hottest days

Casa with the structure, the gabriela and the dona neide super attentive, the only thing to complain and that one of the rooms is needing to do a maintenance because it smells a little stronger because of the wood

The stay was great and quiet! The house is exactly like in the pictures, very well located and close to the beach. One of the highlights for me was being able to take my dog, which is already old, and he was super comfortable there. We had a small issue with wi-fi, but it was the responsibility of the local company and did not compromise the experience. I will definitely come back more often — it was very worth it!

We only have compliments! The space is delicious, clean, kitchen with utensils, yard overlooking a creek and fresh air! The hostess was attentive, gave suggestions for tours and a place to eat and always delivered a capricated breakfast at the agreed time! The place is cosy and quiet! We'll definitely be back!

Aranha is an extremely cool guy, from the moment we arrived has given us beach and chores. The room is small but cozy was worth too much!
