The apartment is exactly as described, all furniture, appliances and electronics are new, the parking space is very close to the elevator, the condominium is well located, close to the beach, markets and with easy access to the BR that goes to Ubatuba... But what really caught our attention and deserves a thousand points was the host Gláucia... She was waiting for us at the entrance, helped us with our bags, went up to the apartment with us and explained everything about the accommodation in detail with great kindness. Amazing experience, excellent place that we will certainly return to.

The Raul property is very well located, safe, quiet and easy to access, in a closed condominium with 24h concierge and parking. Furniture in good condition, appliances that work perfectly and although we did not use the utensils, I realized that the kitchen is quite complete. Impeccable cleaning of space, bath and bed linen. Providing linen and household and personal cleaning products, it helped a lot when packing. All according to the photos! Raul was very attentive, helpful and kind, we decided to go on short notice and he removed all doubts quickly. Anyway, we had a great holiday, without inconvenience and in a cozy space. Loft very complete and cozy. The village is great for regaining energy after a day on the island. Very good location, getting close to beaches, markets and pharmacies. Léia Tbm was amazing giving great tips and information about the island.

Family trip - feel at home. The kitchen is complete with all utensils and appliances. Bathroom Qtde (3), undoubtedly was a highlight for the rental of an apartment. The location is perfect, we don't even need to take the car out of the garage. Maria Nelsa was very kind since the first contact we had. We gave indications of gastronomy in the region. It was a very pleasant stay and we will certainly return to staying at your home.
