We went as a family and we really felt at home, when we arrived in the neighborhood, for those who do not know the region scares… narrow and sandy streets, but the condominium and the house is literally a private paradise! The way from the condominium to the beach is beautiful and easy to access, but with wheelchairs or limitations I do not recommend! The extremely calm and warm sea, a safe place and very well frequented. Anyway the house and the beach are wonderful and complement each other, the very simple neighborhood… having to go to Maresias for tours and shopping! We love and make sense for us! We were 6 adults and 1 child.

Our entire stay was perfect. The house was very clean, very organized and super-equipped. The beach view is a spectacle, and the pool is also wonderful grills. Rodrigo was very attentive with all my doubts, and the Maria who receives us at the house is very dear and gave us several tips. We left already wanting to come back!. We had wonderful days and look forward to coming back soon!

The number 6 cottage that accommodated us is simply sensational! Everything new, tasteful and what a view!! We didn't want to leave the place anymore ! I was once in another smaller chalet right there, but that was fantastic! Host communication is perfect. Anyway, super recommend! Weather didn't even help , I imagine with sunshine it should be !

The location of the house is amazing, in front of the beach, comfortable and with everything we needed. Bruno and Zelia were super solicitos. Excellent stay.

Laerte's house is a great time. Well equipped, well located and very organized. It is in a wonderful condominium, surrounded by other very beautiful houses. The neighbors are very restrained and quiet. The biggest positives of the house are: proximity to the beach, beach chairs and parasol with a hand cart to take to the beach, dishwasher in the kitchen, air conditioning in all the rooms and flexible check-out. What we miss most: potable water filter, a dumpster closer to the house to deposit the accumulated garbage and air-conditioning in the living room. The verdict: this is an excellent accommodation, which for a very attractive value has met all our expectations. I recommend to the entire community the stay at Laerte's place.

Excellent apartment! Just like the photos. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for a good stay. The air-conditioning in the rooms is very good! It's too cold, lol; The leisure area of the condominium is indescribable, very good game room and the pool is wonderful. As for the beach, it is a tombo beach that needs attention because of the holes, but we managed to enjoy it without problems because Ronaldo gave us great tips. We enjoyed our stay and we intend to return for sure!

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention from Sergio, I felt at home, because the apartment offers all the necessary amenities for everyday life on the coast and after a day at the beach to end with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. We loved Aline's hosting! Everything was very clean and well organized. Aline responded quickly from the first contact. And a few days before the stay, they sent us a wonderful itinerary, that is, perfect. When I return to Maresias, I will stay there again without a doubt.
