Cottage vacation rentals in Peoria

My husband and I loved staying here. Pam’s cottage is enchanting and gorgeous and peaceful. So sorry to leave but we will stay here again in the Fall. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Pam truly is a super host and we were blessed.

The house was clean, comfortable, and convenient! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Phoenix.

This was a great little guest house for a long weekend reading retreat. Lots of seating option areas both inside and out. Beautiful yard, delicious fruit from their trees and walkable to a few restaurants. Great little kitchenette for those who want to have meals at the house. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. It fit our needs perfectly and we’d be happy come back sometime!

I booked the casita because of the location as it was close to the friends we were visiting. Enjoyed the neighborhood, there is a great coffee shop a half a block away. The unit is quirky and non-conforming and we enjoyed it. The bed was very comfortable. We did not do any cooking.

The home is spacious, clean & comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so much. We appreciate all the essentials including herbal teas and a blow dryer with a diffuser. The master bed was quite comfortable; we slept so well. We loved relaxing out by the pool and hubby liked having a tv out there. I loved taking walks around the neighborhood. There were lovely flowering plants this spring all over. Don’t miss a beautiful yard on Richards with a delightful display of yard art that they light at night. We also enjoyed the mural honoring the memory of local band members, including Chester Bennington, of Linkin Park. Thank you James for a lovely week in Tempe. We had a great time and were able to enjoy celebrating our daughter’s graduation from GCU. The Palms on Country Club Way is top notch!

Mica is absolutely wonderful. I had a couple hiccups with booking that she was quick to respond to and help me with. She went above and beyond to make her home welcoming for me and my kids. Her cozy cottage was simple and easy to find. And close to so many places. Including a nice park. Which was great to take my kids to. The cottage was comfortable and clean. Amenities like wifi easy to use. I would recommend this adorable cottage to anyone looking to stay just minutes from everything. And will be booking again.

What a magical little Phoenix gem! We so enjoyed at our stay at this quaint little cottage. The ambience is unmatched and the price is unbeatable! We hope to stay here again very soon.

Charming venue with lovely views ! A warm hostess from England who was responsive when we needed something or had a question. we have stayed at many rentals and this one was quite special. It is close to many activities and restaurants but very secluded and private.

The little cottage was so sweet and comfortable. The decoration was lovely with hand painted works by Diana on the walls. Colorful and cozy! And the temp inside was cool when it was hot outside and kept us warm inside when the weather turned colder. Perfect! Quiet and away from the street. I loved hearing the birds singing in the mornings as we had our coffee. Diana was extremely accommodating and flexible with our needs. We also liked to meet Diana and Joe and found out more about the area from them. Great hosts!
