This work-friendly, extra clean studio is near State Farm Stadium, Grand Canyon University, and many great hikes. It includes a fridge, microwave, hotplate, toaster oven and Keurig in our equipped kitchenette. It also features a king bed, full bath, great lighting, sitting area, 50-inch TV and a desk. The studio is attached to our house, but you will have a reserved parking space, a separate entrance, and extra sound insulation to enjoy privacy for work or relaxation.
