This place is a little gem! Exactly like the pictures described, it is extremely clean and comfortable and I felt really at home. Catrin gave very helpful instructions of how to find the place and was very responsive and helpful in messages. It is ideal as a base for walking. I absolutely loved my stay!

Ffleur is a fantastic host. She is so helpful about the area with things to do and places to eat. The house has everything you ever need with 2 reception rooms 2 bathrooms and a smart TV in the bedroom It has a fantastic kitchen area and utility with everything in it you can think of. It felt like home the time we were there and Ffleur was so helpful throughout our stay. 100 percent would recommend this property to all as its in such a beautiful area and everything you want to do including Snowdon is so close. Also try Zip World for a day out. thankyou Ffleur so much for a brilliant holiday

Beautiful place, very clean and an enclosed garden for our dog. We had a lovely time and could not have asked for a better place to spend time as a family. Thank you for a lovely time.

Great place and amazing host. Felt like home staying here. Beautiful surroundings and easy access to local shops. House had all amenities and fully equipped kitchen. Kim was very thoughtful to keep bottled water and milk in the fridge along with some local delicacies. Kim made sure we had everything and always responded promptly. She also got the stair case gates installed as we travelled with toddlers. Property was very well maintained and reflects great taste of the host in every room. Garden is huge for kids to play around. Definitely recommended (10/10).
