We are compliant with all new laws. We are a busy family with 2 kids and a dog; offering a space in the lower portion of our home, with front yard access and street parking. We have: 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1 ensuite with shower. We have a laundry room and kitchen with hot plate, coffee pot, microwave, fridge and Kettle. We are pet friendly.
