Tania’s cottage at Boucherie Beach is beyond perfection for a family holiday by the Lake. Tons of space, fully stocked kitchen, modern and clean throughout. The property with its beach, pool and hot tub and ample run around room was more than you could ask for as a family. Plus the “private” entrance to the winery, cafe and restaurant next door made it so you really never had to leave.

We stayed at Angela’s in the Cottages in Osoyoos for 7 days with 6 people (me and my wife, our two elementary school aged kids, and my parents). A few notes for those considering booking: - We had plenty of space for 6 people. - The location of the cottage is excellent - about a 2 min walk to the pool or to the beach. Having perviously stayed in one of the cottages further up the hill, we appreciated the close proximity to both of these. - Mattresses were comfortable. - Dining table was in the sun room which was pretty warm even at night with windows open (no AC in that room) - Beach was never too crowded. - Lots of wineries within a 10-15 min drive. Platinum Bench Estate Winery & Artisan Bread Co. is a hidden gem with amazing fresh baked Breads and solid wines (get there before 11am to ensure everything is still available). Lunch at Phantom Creek is highly recommended too. Overall it was an enjoyable trip and we would be happy to stay there again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! The location is stunning, nestled in a secure gated community, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. The highlight for me was the dreamy kitchen; cooking while overlooking the valley and river through the kitchen window was a pure delight. The balcony deck offered the perfect view—just remember to bring some bug spray, as being in the woods comes with its fair share of flying critters. Although it was our first trip to Kelowna and we spent most of our time exploring the city and local vineyards, the resort itself seemed packed with fun activities and facilities that we'd love to try on our next visit. This place is a gem, and we can't wait to return!

Beautiful Cottage and stunning Lakeview, was perfect for our family of 4 and a fully stocked kitchen with coffee. The resort has a lot to offer for sports activities and the kids had a lot of fun. Lakhbir was very responsive to my questions and provided some helpful recommendations. The Lakeview was so peaceful and we really enjoyed sitting on the back deck to enjoy the view

Candace’s property is the perfect little getaway. It has everything we needed for a weekend away. Candace was friendly and responsive from the very beginning. Would love to stay there again.

Our stay at Anne’s cottage at La Casa Resort was fantastic. The place was spotless and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need and more. The backyard space was a great addition and perfect for our group. The attention to detail and pride Anne takes in her cottage is evident. Anne was an exceptional host—friendly and highly responsive. We would definitely return. Thanks for hosting us!

Everything we needed for a fun and relaxing 3 night vacation! Brian was very responsive with helpful instructions, easy check in! Clean spacious, functional cottage, well appointed kitchen, BBQ, board games, made us feel at home! Welcome wine and equipment for tennis, water activities was an appreciated bonus! We loved relaxing on the deck for meals, roasting marshmallows and watching beautiful sunrise/sunsets. Super convenient location close to lakefront to enjoy swimming/marina and amenities at La Casa (2 pools (upper was less busy), tennis, mini golf, pickleball)! Highly recommend :)

I would love to recommend this beautiful cottage to everyone who is looking for an amazing vacation. It's new, specious, clean and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need and even more extras we really enjoyed like the audio system, amazing patio set with a firetable, extra appliances like Ninja blender and more. Avril is a super host, she does her best to make sure you have everything you need. Enjoy your stay! ))

Even prior to booking, Diana was very responsible and accommodating. The home definitely provided a getaway feel, being just a 30-minute drive from downtown Kelowna. The community was very friendly and valued the amenities, which were just a short walk from the home. The patio and view are definitely the highlights of the home and won't be forgotten. Overall, the home was well-supplied and well-maintained

This place was amazing! The home, front deck, area, lake……our family had so much fun! We swam, and went paddle boarding everyday lol we visited, played games, had fires on the beach at night, cooked in the well stocked kitchen and on the great bbq. The quiet coffees in the morning looking out over the lake were also a favourite. The area was so peaceful and quiet. We just had the best time. Barb was great and we had everything we needed. The only thing was that there were 6 of us adults and it was a little tight but we made it work. There were also deer that came by everyday. ☺️

We really enjoyed our stay, fantastic hosts, great location, easily walkable to downtown Summerland restaurants and grocery shopping. The garden house was perfect, fantastic kitchen and bathroom, comfortable living and bedroom, lots of space for the two of us and our dog. Outside we loved sitting on the patio set enjoying the lovely view of the garden. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

We loved our stay! There was lots of things to do in and around La Casa. The house was clean and had a lot of lovely touches, like a dog bed and toys for our dog! Mat, Amy & Brittany were highly responsive and really helpful. We would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful views of the lake! The top deck is perfect for catching sun and relaxing and the kitchen has everything you need. The location is quiet and the neighborhood connects into a few trails through the forest. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at the La Casa Resort. The cottage was really nice and spacious. The cottage was fully stocked with everything we needed including cooking pans, drinking glasses, Mugs,spoons, towels and linens. The morning view with the lake was stunning. Enjoyed our day using all the amenities which included pool and the hot tub. Bowie was very responsive and he was well planned and send all the instructions on time. We stayed two nights with 08 people we experienced insufficient hot water supply during our stay. The last person to shower each day often had no sufficient hot water. Other than that the stay at cottage was really great. Had awesome vacation and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

we had an amazing stay at this cottage. la casa is a great place for families! it was a far drive to downtown, but it was nice to have our own private beach. blerta was very responsive and accommodating :)

Great place for a family trip with lots of amenities. Pools, tennis courts, beach volleyball court, mini golf and play ground were all in great shape. The private beach was great as it has chairs readily available and 3 water trampolines. I would definitely recommend this place for family and group holidays.

We had a great stay at the cottage! Sarah was friendly and responsive to my questions ahead of the trip which helped us to plan accordingly. The home is beautiful and bright and had what we needed. The welcome basket was a nice touch! Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Rahul's home. It was very clean and was a good space for 4 adults. The stand out for all of us were the views. His home has the most incredible perspective of the lake and mountains from both the patio and balcony. The kitchen was fully stocked with all types of utensils and glassware which made it very easy to cook any meals we wanted without bringing a bunch of stuff from home. Lots of activity options at the resorts- It was nice to not have to commute everyday. He was responsive and attentive to any questions/needs we had leading up to and during our stay. The most organized and communicative host any of us have had on Airbnb. The beach on site was quite small and very rocky with a small parking lot. Would recommend getting down there early in the day in order to get a spot on the beach and in the parking lot. The driveway at the home was also very small which made it difficult to park any of our vehicles.

We were only able to stay one night before being evacuated due to local wildfires. Julie was so helpful and understanding given the unique situation. As the fire evacuation made it impossible to stay for the remainder of our booking, Julie proactively provided a refund for the remaining time. We’ll definitely come back once the wildfires settle down! Thanks again Julie! You’re a super host in my book!

Our stay at Jennifer’s place was amazing! We are regulars at La Casa but we usually stay in the upper development. The views from Jennifer’s place were amazing! The sun pours in the big glass windows first thing in the morning and enjoying coffee with a view was very nice! The beds were very comfy , the central AC was amazing but the only downfall was the 4 th bedroom with pull out couch on the main level had no AC and make sure you bring your own shampoo conditioner and body wash as these were not supplied! I just assumed they were ! Thank you so much for your home, it was a beautiful stay

We loved Brenda’s place. It was well appointed, had a good layout (worked great for two families), and is overall a very clean and comfortable space. Brenda was an excellent host - always easy to deal with, quick to respond, and provided helpful suggestions. The resort is great for families and the aqua park, in particular (3/4 water trampolines, climbing walls, human launcher), provided hours of entertainment for all. There is not much of a beach (quite rocky) but there are some decks and lounges. Floaties are important so you can just hang out in the water. We highly recommend Brenda’s place and hope to go back one day.
