My experience at Federico’s place is from far the best I have had in a Airbnb. I’d go as far as saying that it was better than a 5 star hotel. It was my best travelling experience. The studio is super comfortable and clean. Rico hires a cleaning team to keep the place neat. You will sleep like a baby — this place is super quiet. Being there for work and research, the inspiring setup was perfect for me to build a very agreeable and energizing daily routine. The house is 10 minutes away from great running trails, a calisthenic playground and a gym. As someone who craves sports, I could not ask for a better place. Fourth, everything is close. I loved to walk to the metro everyday, back and forth, and wander in this charming and very safe neighborhood. Finally (though I could say so much more), Federico is a brilliant host, a wicked artist and an irreplaceable human being. This place made me love DC and its people— a city I did not like so much. It is now my favorite city. I’ll be back!

Great experience and a comfortable and clean place to stay! The “Cozy Bungalow” was exactly as expected in a quiet neighborhood and was in a perfect location! Very convenient getting to DC and easy to go walking around Pentagon City/Crystal city shops and restaurants. Rick and Soraya made the space very nice and welcoming. This was perfect for our little long weekend trip!Thank you!!

Gloria’s place was very nice. Everything was as described and her apartment has everything you need. Parking was also great and private. Gloria was very responsive and proactive with anything we needed. She was extremely friendly and willing to help us when we needed help such as with any packages that were delivered. Would definitely stay here again.
