House vacation rentals in Pentagon City, Arlington

We had a great stay here for my graduation weekend! The place fit all 10 of us and we had access to the pool throughout the weekend! Everything looked just like the pictures, and we felt safe and comfortable in this neighborhood. It is a bit farther from some of the DC and MD hotspots, but it worked for us. No complaints, we would stay again!

Incredible! The WoW factor when we walked to the pool was overwhelming. So much so, that we chose to stay there our first full day to soak in the atmosphere. It's a must see experience, no down side. It was like being at a private resort with a heated, well maintained pool and manicured grounds, very tastefully staged. So envious. Next time, we will bring bicycles to ride to town, it's only a few miles away. DC traffic is not to be trifled with; its Nascar. Our only bad part was Gladys wasn't around to say goodbye, we truly missed out there. We loved every second we spent with her. This is by far the high bar of airbnb's for us, and we've been to some stunning places, but this is our favorite. It was the best part of our trip!

This was a very nice place to stay for our family trip to DC. The Metro was a very easy walk and Jagan gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants as well. He was also great at answering our questions.

Fantastic place in every respect! The house is lovely, pristine, perfectly configured, and outfitted with every amenity. The tiered garden out back is beautiful and charming. The location was A+++ (quintessential Georgetown setting with delightful walking everywhere). We enjoyed everything about the house and our time there. Thank you, Charlotte!

5 Stars – A Wonderful Stay! I had such a great experience staying at Raquel’s place! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel right at home. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Raquel was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great local recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made a difference. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area!

Daniel’s Home was beautiful and he made this special event for me and my family able to celebrate my sons 26th Heavenly Birthday a success We were very comfortable and it really felt like home the pool was very clean and the Home was very spacious and squeaky clean I would love to Book Daniel again He was a very nice and friendly Host that responded to any questions we had he made communication easy me and my family really enjoyed our self and yes he’s reasonable and you definitely get what you paid for and more Thank you again Daniel

Carl’s loft was perfect for our family of 3. It’s close to the local attractions in DC & Arlington, but allows guest to escape to a quiet neighborhood to relax. Everything was just as the listing described. The hosts responded very quickly to my questions.

Alex’s place is really cute. I loved the character. It was a little slice of heaven to myself. So much to do in Alexandra inclusive of Balian spa. I enjoyed myself and it served as a great option for a self care week.

Joshua was a great host and the house was perfect for my family and dog. We had a great stay and would stay again. Very close to DC, Arlington and Alexandria restaurants and sites.

Joseph was an INCREDIBLE host. The hone was perfect for my family and did not disappoint. The location was easy to find even in the dark lol and was easy to navigate back and forth to the venue for the wedding. The house was immaculately decorated. My family was comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend and be a repeat customer.

The house worked amazingly for our group of 8. Between the upstairs and downstairs there is plenty of room to spread out and have your own space. From the outside, the house appears quite small, but it is so much larger inside. The location is extremely convenient for visiting the DC area. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the backyard was really nice. Also we appreciated how well the AC worked in the house. The main drawback for us was we communicated far in advance that we were traveling with my parents and my mom cannot navigate stairs well. I checked to make sure there was a bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen on the first level. At that time we should have been informed that there are about 8 cement stairs to enter the house. I was a bit unhappy to see those stairs when we first pulled up to the house. Last, we made most of our meals at the house. The kitchen is lacking some basic items. We purchased a cookie sheet and left it behind for future guests to use. Would recommend

The home was absolutely beautiful. Towels and fresh linens waiting for us in every bedroom. We did not cook but the kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need! Uche was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Great location! Lots of stairs, so mindful of that if you have any seniors in your group. The beds were comfortable and clean. Walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants!

The stay was exactly what my family needed in terms of size and comfort. It was easy to get to the downtown DC area to visit the Smithsonian museums and enjoy a few restaurants. The house looked just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable, though the pillows were a bit too firm for me. For the upstairs master bedroom I prefer to sleep in complete darkness, so the light curtains let in more light than I liked and woke me up. I'd recommend bringing a fan if you like white noise and a cooler sleeping environment like I do. All of the amenities were great, and the backyard was a nice bonus! The bottom floor bedroom was neat as well and a lot cooler with less window light. I would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful experience in a gorgeous home! the perfect place for two families to blend. The house was even better than the photos, a rare occurrence. Erin had the house stocked with everything you could possibly need. All you have to bring is the food, should you choose to use the kitchen. Comfy beds, enough space for everyone to have private time. But also a great space for everyone to come together. Great location, safe neighborhood, close to Old Town and a short car ride from all the wonders of downtown DC. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this listing.

This house is a great find - it has everything you need to feel right at home and the house and yard are beautiful. The house is extremely well appointed and well stocked. The common area furniture and beds are very comfortable. The gas fireplace was perfect for cool spring nights. The back yard porch was a great place to hang out with comfy furniture, 2 grills, sun umbrellas and a gas fire pit. I love to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed and more. Diana is one of THE BEST Airbnb or Vrbo hosts that we have ever had. She was very responsive, knowledgable, friendly and detail oriented. My wife left her glasses and she mailed them to us overnight. The location is excellent - the neighborhood is peaceful, but very close to the town center stores and activities. Falls Church has a small town feel but is close to all of the attractions of the Wash DC metro area. The house comfortably accommodated me, my wife, our son and grandparents; one-level living was great for grandparents.

We loved our time in Arlington. The house was incredibly quaint - the bedrooms spacious, the downstairs great. We loved the area and walked to get pizza our first night. The porch was lovely and the neighbors very friendly. We ended up driving into DC proper and would recommend that over public transportation - it did not seem as efficient to rely on trains. FYI if thinking through logistics. There was plenty of driveway space for our 3 cars. Jennifer was also so lovely in working through some left-behind items and promptly shipped them to one of our party. Above and beyond - I’ve not had that from a host before. Thank you Jennifer and family for hosting us!!! We would love to return and loved all the familial touches, from the carefully-curated art to the markings on the kitchen doorframe of kids growing up. Very, very precious!

After experiencing a difficult life event, we needed a home fast. We are extremely grateful CJ was able to assist! He consistently responded to all of our requests immediately, even when we needed to extend our stay last minute. The home was lovely, very comfortable and fully equipped with everything needed. Off-street parking and a huge backyard was a big plus too. Highly recommend CJ and his Arlington property!!
