Staying at Luam's place was great! The house looks exactly as it is listed. We wish the pool would have been available for use :( but all other amenities and accommodations were exceptional! The house came with a fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking a great meal. The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for all of my guests. There could be more mirrors in the house as the only mirrors were in the bathrooms and 1 large mirror in the living room and the beds were slightly hard but that did not take away from how amazing the house was. It was 20 minutes from DC in a quiet area. The perfect home away from home. Thanks, Luam for being so responsive and providing easy check-in instructions. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

I came with a group of girls to visit DC and Andy was a very responsive host, always trying to help us feel as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed the large space that was there and it was comfortable for us.

It was simply amazing. Daniel was a fantastic host. The house was incredible. Spacious, beautiful and peaceful felt just like home. The family and I enjoyed every inch of it. Family vacation home for every trip we take to DC.

I stayed at Will’s property for four nights in March 2025 with a group totaling nine people. Upon arrival, we found the property clean and free of clutter. The property was conveniently located within walking distance to Union Market and the metro, allowing for easy exploration of the greater DC area. Will was an exceptional host, demonstrating prompt, friendly, and professional communication throughout our stay. Will graciously accommodated an early check-in and late check-out, which gave my party extra time to explore the DC area before our departure. I would highly recommend this property for groups of 5-9 people and would gladly return if visiting the area again.

We have stayed here before. We were not disappointed on our second visit. The neighborhood is very good, although there is a busy street in front. It’s roomy; comfortable for multiple people. It’s light and airy and looks onto big back yard. Would be great place for families with children. The kitchen is well stocked, and I love that cabinets have labels for easy use. It’s well organized too. I had no trouble getting quick answers to any questions I had. We would stay again!

We enjoyed the house and its amenities. The beds were super comfy, perfect combination of firm and soft, with a variety of pillow types to choose from. There was plenty of hot water for 6 showers every morning, and we were all getting ready about the same time. When the dryer squealed and I notified Ruben, he immediately offered to send a repairman with our convenience in mind. He responded quickly to any questions from the very beginning of the reservation throughout our stay. My sister especially liked having a ceiling fan in the master suite. My 92-year-old mother was thrilled with a ground floor bedroom and a half bath right next door. We often gathered around the table in the kitchen area to make our plans, and though we didn't cook much we appreciated that the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The quiet neighborhood made us feel safe and let us sleep well.

Maggie’s house was perfect for our family getaway! You can’t beat this location. It was a quick walk to Eastern Market metro and tons of local shopping/dining options, yet the street was peaceful and quiet. We were able to spread out and relax as a family of three with two dogs. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Maggie was responsive and helpful from booking and through our stay. 10/10, would book again.

We spent a few nights at Basit house, and would definitely stay again if we were in the area. Samad is very responsive and helpful, check in was super easy with the code being sent to get in, so very flexible. Beds were comfy, everything was clean, it was lovely to have the guidebooks and tea/coffee/cereal bars available to us. The HVAC was a bit noisy at times but that would only impact you if you were using the sofa bed, and Samad does provide earplugs. Quiet neighbourhood, people in the street said hello, walkable to the metro and Safeway was just up the road too. Thank you Samad!

Robert's place is comfortable and clean. The mattresses are comfortable - firm with a soft top. He is friendly, responsive, and full of information about the area. We felt completely at home. It is the perfect distance from the mall. We took an Uber into the city each day and this was an easy, quick, and inexpensive ride.

Nice place, had an issue with the ac but they had issues resolved quickly.

This place was just like the photos in person the Host Demetria was the best host I have worked with in Airbnb she is very helpful very sweet and very responsive when you reach out my daughter and cousins were very satisfied with her sleepover and she didn't want to leave....This place felt just like home away from home... Nice size bedrooms and the decor was beautiful I am definitely booking again in the future....Thank You again Dee your the best. Loved the entire house.

Such a lovely, comfortable home. Everything we needed. Loved the location. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and neighbors were friendly. There's a park with walking trails and lake half a mile walk away. The house was perfect. Relaxing. Comfortable beds and bedding. The record player was an added bonus, as were the puzzles and board games for the rainy days. Communication was excellent. Answered any questions quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. yet still peaceful and quiet for a restful stay. Meka was an exceptional host, always responsive and helpful with local recommendations. We truly appreciated the little extras, like complimentary coffee and wine. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Great place to stay. Large, comfortable, well appointed house. It is close to DC, Alexandria, Mount Vernon, and stores.

Our group of 10 had a very comfortable stay at John's place over a weekend.

Great place, clean, had a little issue with the washing machine but Carlos responded fairly quickly. The House was a little far from the monuments but worth the stay. The stair are a little steep would not recommend anyone with a disability. Other that that I enjoys my stay.

This was the perfect Airbnb for my students Safety Patrol trip! We were easily able to travel into the city and the grocery store/restaurants were close by. The Airbnb was very clean and accommodated our large group. The small details were so appreciated— for example, the hosts left fresh flowers upon arrival, the bathrooms were stocked with toiletries, the closets with extra blankets, etc. They really thought of it all! The kids especially loved having the yard space to run around. 10/10 recommend this Airbnb— their commitment to charity also makes this place an obvious choice for your next stay!

Chau was very gracious to host our family at a difficult time - a death in the family. The space was more than adequate for our needs and was clean and inviting. Guests should note that there are a few oddities with a couple of the bedrooms. First, one of the Jack and Jill bedrooms has a 'window' that is open to the kitchen area below and only covered by permanently closed shutters. It is definitely not soundproof. The other is the room that 'shares a bathroom with the master'. It indeed shares that room because it is directly off of the master bathroom with no other access. Other than that, it was an amazing stay in a very large home on a very large lot. Thanks, Chau!

Aivet’s place was very beautiful and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay there as well. We highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking to travel and relax at the same time. We had a great stay at Maryann's place! It's clean, spacious, and in a great area. The beds are super comfy too! We appreciated the Keurig and coffee and hot cocoa pods. We will definitely stay again when in the area! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
