Monthly Rentals in Penrose

Lovely accommodation in an amazing location! We’ve stayed in caravans on holiday parks before but this one was a game changer! Having a private garden and being away from the other caravans made the experience so much more peaceful (and better with having a dog). Rich and Lucy are really good hosts - very willing to help if needed, but gave us our space as well. The accommodation is a few minutes walk from the beach (and coast path) in one direction, and a few minutes walk to the pub in the other. With views of the sea and countryside from the caravan and garden, it’s a lovely place just to be as well. We spent hours on the coast path. We walked from the caravan to Mawgan Porth and back on one day and on another drove to Tintagel and walked from there to Tregardock and back (both have pub stops included within the route for refreshments!). There aren’t any negatives to this place! Would highly recommend and is definitely on our list to revisit.

We (a family of four with two young children) had a lovely time at Kate's place. The cottage is very nicely set up and well situated for a visit to the area. Our kids very much enjoyed exploring the beautiful garden, and our eight year old asked that I particularly mention the great selection of board games. We loved being able to walk home across the fields after a day at the beach and delicious ice creams from Porthcothan Bay stores. Thank you as well Kate for being so responsive and helpful!

This was my first booking on Airb&b and first time visiting Cornwall. Not only was it an easy process but it was the perfect booking for a 3 night stay in April. Luke's superhost skills are impeccable. Communicated in the most welcoming, kind and helpful way from booking and throughout our stay. We felt comfortable to ask anything at all as Luke ensured to let us know he was more than happy to help. Even provided us with milk. The caravan was well equipped so easy to have a cuppa on arrival after a long drive. The caravan was extremely clean and had all the essentials. Fresh and clean bedding and towels were provided. The real plants throughout just made it like a home. Being plant lovers ourselves this was a lovely touch. So happy we could bring our doggo too. We all had an amazing time and loved visiting the beach and go for walks. A very beautiful area worth exploring. We will happily book to stay here again and experience all 7 bays. What a wonderful 4 nights we had. We wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful cottage with everything we could have possibly needed. The sunny days were a bonus with a sunny patio for tea outside, and a cosy log fire after long days on the beaches was very welcome! Such helpful and friendly owners. We hope we can return and have recommended to our family!
