Vacation rentals with a kayak in Penn Estates

Sakura Summit was an oasis for our family. We were looking for a getaway to meet our adult children and spouses, and this home was perfect. We like to cook and we were able to prepare some beautiful meals. The kitchen is well equipped from cooking equipment to seasonings. Our family also likes to get out to walk and hike. The neighborhood was perfect for early morning walks and after dinner strolls. We were near hiking and other fun things to do as a family. The house is gorgeous and immaculate. The deck wraps around the back and side of the house and perfect for early morning coffee and relaxing. Candice is a wonderful host and very responsive. She made us feel very welcome and made our stay that much more enjoyable.

This house was spotlessly clean, perfectly organized, and filled with so many games and activities for kids and adults. The backyard was a particular highlight with all of the lights, games, seating, and a fire pit. The hosts provide everything you need to take advantage of the perks of the community lake/beach and more. We had our choice of kayaks, oars, life jackets, rackets, bikes, etc. Wendy was a very accommodating host! We enjoyed our time in the house and in this neighborhood so much that we will be back!

The place was amazing and my granddaughter loved it for her birthday. It was nearby everything and the backyard was amazing although the weather wasn’t it nicest to us lol It was an amazing time! We would definitely come back

Our stay here was absolutely perfect! The house was warm, welcoming, and exactly what we needed for a peaceful getaway. Everything was new and thoughtfully arranged. The location was ideal, close to hiking trails and small local shops. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. We would love to stay again :)

We loved EJ and Jason's place! It was spotless and beautiful with great amenities and a very cozy home. The hot tub was great and the community was peaceful.

Great hosts! Responsive, helpful, and kind. My family had a great weekend over Memorial Day. The weather was on the cold and rainy side for this time of year but the basement had all the kids fully entertained! I highly recommend their place for families. We had a few ping pong championships along with PAC Man last man standing tournaments. The location for local hikes and neighborhood amenities is perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Amanda's place! The AirBnB was so cozy during the winter weather and the lake was a stunning backdrop for our weekend away. We enjoyed lots of laughs and home cooked meals during our stay. We're already talking about when we can return!

We had a great time, we went for a relaxing weekend. The house had so much to do for all the kids. Loved the game rooms and all the games Rhett had at the house. Must go back for the summer for more lake fun. Great and responsive host, very quick to help with anything!

We loved this house and location. It was perfect for our family getaway to Amish country it was over an hour away but the drive through the countryside was beautiful. After one day of just hanging out and barbecuing we fished at the lake and caught plenty of fish. Could not be happier with this stay!

Definitely the best place to stay in Poconos mountain. The house is super clean. The location is great and the communication with Martin definitely super good. I will be back soon.

Everything was just right and matched what is in the photos. The guide book provided was so helpful to know how everything worked in the house and how to access the lake. The property was easy to find, full of wildlife to watch, clean inside, and had all the amenities of home.

Awesome Awesome stay. So much to do around the area even in early spring. The lake is great for trout fishing! Can’t wait to come back in the summer. Definitely recommend.

My family and I had a great time at Bill & Peg’s place. Their place easily accommodated the ten of us, and we felt right at home. We also really appreciated their flexibility with check-in and check-out times. We would certainly return!

The perfect place to relax and recharge . The cottage was nestled a little ways from the road , making for a quiet stay. We were surrounded by tall beautiful trees and a gorgeous lake . The Front deck was perfect for sitting in the sun , as was the hammock perfectly placed in the grass . My favorite spot was the fire pit and Adirondack chairs , morning fires are my favorite . The space was private , which I really liked . Gretchen stocked wood and fire starter , so I didn’t even have to worry about that . Inside the cottage was super clean and cozy . Gretchen put out a little welcome bag with snacks and waters (so cute). The bed was big and comfy , the blankets were even better . There is a pullout couch (if you need an extra sleeping spot) accompanied by some extra blankets folded in the basket next to it . The shower was great , I enjoyed the heater in the bathroom . The bed is placed near some windows facing the woods , me and boyfriend took some killer naps . Book the trip 🩷

Thank you very much for such a wonderful environment. My boyfriend and one friend of mine really enjoyed the place, and it made our New Year’s Eve beautiful. We recommend everyone to stay at this house.

Perfect place for a family getaway. Jules & Mike put effort into the little details of their place that really pushed it over the top. Coffee for the keurig, wireless chargers in the rooms, etc. The house was exactly as pictured and very clean. The neighborhood was great. We took out the kayak, walked to the park, etc. Very friendly walkable neighborhood. Just keep an eye out for bears 🐻

We enjoyed our stay at Tall Trees and it made for a great weekend getaway. There was lots to do nearby with Hickory Run, Lehigh Gorge and Jim Thorpe all just a short drive away. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we saw lots of wildlife during our stay. We’d definitely come back again!

Timothy's cabin was so nice! It was clean, easy to find, and had great outdoor space. We felt right at home! We also appreciated that it was pet friendly as well. Would stay at his property again for sure.

We had a great stay at this Benjamin's place! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive, and made check-in super easy. The quiet neighborhood and beautiful surroundings made it a perfect weekend getaway. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Christine’s place was amazing. We stood at the “Fika” cabin and it was great. It was super cozy and a well thought out space. It had plenty of room for me and my family. The cabin was stocked with all the essentials needed to a great time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants a nice getaway with the family without sacrificing any amenities. We loved our time at Sycamore Camp! The cabin felt like home as soon as we walked in. It was clean and well stocked with everything you need. Jessica was very communicative in messages but also left a fantastic manual with local recommendations and things to do. My girls were obsessed with their bedroom and were so sad to leave. We will be back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Catia’s place. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood, s’mores at the fire pit, sitting on the beautiful big covered porch. The amenities listed were all included. Catia’s guide was extremely helpful. The place is exactly as pictured. It was easy to get in and lock up when we left. We spent a lot of time exploring local spots, visited Hickory Run State Park, Hawk Falls, Austin T Blakeslee Natural Area. My boys loved the bunk beds (I loved the room darkening shades). The home was comfortable and Catia was a wonderful host.

This was a great place to stay for a few days just wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle! Quick responses and everything as expected!
