Ensured the overall health, safety and quality of each property with routine preventative maintenance, including testing of mechanicals, maintaining appliances, testing smoke and CO detectors, and confirming access to fire extinguishers. EPA-registered cleaning products. All our products meet EPA’s (Environmental Protection Agency) criteria for use against the virus that causes COVID-19. Trained Professionals. Our team of housekeeping professionals follow protocol and always look for ways to improve upon their craft. Correct PPE Usage. All housekeepers and inspectors wear protective masks and gloves when cleaning rentals. Linens and bedding All linens, towels and laundry are cleaned at a commercial-grade laundry facility and in accordance with CDC guidelines. We eliminate excess contact and minimize potential spread of germs by bagging dirty linen during transport. Overall Cleaning and Disinfecting. Disinfected and sanitised high-touch surfaces at our property. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and service-providers come into contact with, including keys, doorknobs table tops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitised soft surfaces and upholstery. Re-washed Dinnerware Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals. HOT TUBS WILL BE IN USE. Hot tubs will have fresh water in for each change over and will have been sanatized. We are constantly checking for public health advice, and currently we are unaware of any public health evidence that suggests that it's unsafe to bathe in hot tub water, provided it is correctly sanitised and also the correct pH level. In order to keep any risks to a minimum. Does a hot tub kill the coronavirus? COVID-19 is not technically a living organism and therefore cannot be 'killed' as such. Due to covid-19 our cleaners are going to need more time to get the lodges to the standard that is required. The strict new check-in, check-out times must be adhered too. Unfortunately they will be no allowances for early or late check-in/check-outs with the current situation of covid-19. Check in time is after 5pm. Check out time is before 9am. Changes to facilities. Temporary measures currently in place has resulted in removing the following. Iron/ ironing board. Hair dryer. Fleece blanket. DVDs / Xbox games. Nescafé Dolce gusto machine. Extra Cushions .Salt & pepper pots. Crockery, cutlery,untensils, kettle,toaster and pans will still be provided.

The Old Tack Rooms at Highbrooke House.

A newly converted, modern space within the grounds of my home. The views over the garden and Wych valley provide the perfect rural retreat, especially with our donkeys close by! There are 2 bedrooms both of which have zip & link beds so can either be a super king size or single bed configurations. Both have their own shower rooms. The shared driveway is secured with electric gates. We are located in stunning countryside on the borders of Cheshire, Shropshire & Wales, just a mile off the A41.

The Eaves at Eastwick is a newly renovated, self-contained flat on the first floor of a converted cow shed. It is located next to our traditional farmhouse in peaceful countryside on the English/Welsh border. Only 2 miles from Iscoyd Park, also close to Combermere Abbey and Peckforton Castle making it ideal accommodation for wedding guests.
