The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description and the pictures. In winter you feel quite sheltered and it suits a ski holiday - like in a ski lodge. The living area with a small kitchen and cozy corner bench is good for 4 people to have breakfast, dinner and also to play. The sofa bed is also very suitable as an alternative if someone can sleep better alone. Bed linens were available, but we had duvet covers with us as a precaution, which were quickly pulled over the duvets. The grocery store just below the apartment in the same house was extremely practical and helpful and the fresh rolls were on the table within minutes. Has something. The ski bus runs right outside the door, and the drive by car to the gondola parking lot takes less than 3 minutes. The apartment is definitely a very good starting point for all kinds of activities in summer too. We enjoyed it very much.

Absolutely loved our 7 days stay at your lovely place. We were in awe of the view from our balcony and we always looked forward to having our breakfast and dinner there. The room was also very comfortable and clean. Most importantly, Viviana was super sweet and welcoming to us. Thank you so much! We really hope to head back again.

The house is in a great location, with amazing views of the mountains. We loved Niederdorf – such a cute little town. It’s a short walk into the center of town with easy access to busses and trains, plus a few restaurants and bakeries. If you want even more dining options, Dobbiaco is a short drive or train ride away (we would highly recommend Restaurant Winkelkeller). The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, including lots of Nespresso coffee pods. Two of the bedrooms are quite large, but be forewarned that the two single beds are in an extremely small room. It would probably work ok for young children but it’s not ideal for adults.

Beautiful structure in a quiet place near Canazei in an unspoiled valley. Apartment for 4 people small but equipped with all the essentials. Small double bed, one and a half square but comfortable as bunk beds. The only flaw is the bathroom on the ground floor compared to the rooms on the mezzanine floor with small steps. Great communication with hosts. Recommended property

Excellent Appartment! Clean, practical, functional, ski-to-door location, easy access to local shops and restaurants. Designers interior with great attention to detail - anything from the lighting, 2 wine openers, bath robes, wide selection of cutlery and wine glass for every occasion, to the 3 coffee makers. How romantic is to have your balcony overlooking the Dolomites and listen to the calm sound of the river underneath? Very happy. Will book it next year again.

Had an amazing stay. House was perfect, Katya was really helpful throughout, gave lots of recommendations and replied to messages quickly. 10 min walk into town where there were lots of restaurants and cafes.

The most relaxing and perfect spot for a getaway! Monika was the most kind and gracious host, from a cocktail on arrival to sending us a South Tyrol guest pass for free public transport plus more. She was always available by message, and made the stay perfect. The house was just incredible. Absolutely spotlessly clean with everything you need for a stay from dishwasher tablets to extra towels etc. The views were great, we sat on the balcony almost every day, just so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the jam & juice that Monika had made and gave us on arrival too, and loved watching the farmers that surround the property working - it really added to the experience! Thank you Monika for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to stay here, it is phenomenal!!

We loved Werner's place. It was very quiet with an outstanding view. It is close to hiking trails but also very close to town and grocery stores. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We loved it!

A really great place to stay in the middle of Canazei. We were there for the second time for a ski vacation. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you might need. Gondola, supermarket, village center and swimming pool within a few minutes' walk. Parking only a few meters from the property. Communication with the host was impeccable. The place can be recommended without exception.

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

We rented Arthur's two large apartments with a total of 4 couples (2 kids). We had a great week! The apartments are very spacious and because each couple has their own bathroom, there was a lot of privacy! Also enough space in both apartments to dine/sit together with everyone. Walking distance to the slopes (tow lift Nives). There is storage space with heated elements for ski boots in the garage, but we chose to keep our belongings in the depot next to the ski lift. Within walking distance of the village, supermarket, restaurants, and so on. One of the bathrooms has been recently renovated, the photos show an old bathroom with bathtub, but this is now a very nice new bathroom. Arthur is a very friendly host, he is very responsive and very helpful. In short, we had a great week and booked again for next year!

Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!
