Mathilde's rental matches the description and photos perfectly, very well-equipped and very functional house. Very peaceful environment and close to beachfront hikes, without traveling by car. We were 8 adults and had a great time. We recommend it!

A real dream house with many details that made the stay even more beautiful. We felt comfortable from the first moment, the house is perfectly divided (also great for home office), great mattresses, many loving little things, a great music/CD collection and a place to relax. Communication with Eric has been very fast and thank you for the helpful answers. Also great for a trip with a dog - you can walk through forest paths right from the front door. We will be happy to come back and wish other guests a great time.

We extended very nice...lots of luck with the weather in addition! The walk to the GR34 side is beautiful, especially at sunset. Very well located for a walk in Guérande, La Baule, Piriac-sur-mer, and all the other seaside resorts in the region. Gite matches the photos and description, warm, well decorated and very well-equipped. Friendly welcome by Val and it's always nice to have little touches on arrival...very good lemon cake 😋 Good interaction with Gwen, who was later met. A special dedication, following Val's recommendations, for a restaurant "L 'amour à la plage" 7 minutes by car, taken over in April, with a veranda open to the beach and the sea...and "house" kitchen! A nice parenthesis...

We had a lovely weekend at Josépha's house. The space is spacious, clean, and nice. The proximity of the sea a few meters away is a nice advantage, especially with small children. Josépha is very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place if you come to stay in Penestin.

We had a wonderful family stay at Pierre-Baptiste's. The accommodation is perfectly as advertised, very clean, well-equipped and perfectly located. It felt like home. We would definitely stay again in the pretty house in Pénestin. The accommodation is comfortable, the garden is peaceful, the whole family is delighted.

Responsive and very friendly host, clear and useful instructions, the accommodation was super warm, very complete in terms of kitchen equipment (so great for long stays) close to the city center in a very quiet little street, I highly recommend it!

We had a fabulous couple of nights at Veronique’s lovely flat. It’s completely in the centre of Vannes surrounded by all the best restaurants, cafes and shops. Veronique had left many thoughtful little treats, from breakfast items to little snacks and drinks. It was a pleasure to discover them all throughout our stay. We felt thoroughly spoilt by our generous host and definitely recommend!!

Small apartment ideal for holidays, just steps from the beach, sea views. Well furnished, clean. Bernard is responsive and pleasant. We had a great time in Sarzeau. Only downside, tired vacuum cleaner so difficult to make the apartment without any dog hair.

Very well-appointed and well-designed modern apartment. Location in the center, 5 minutes from the train station, at the end of the very commercial Avenue du Gal de Gaulle, and barely 10 minutes' walk from the market. The beach and the embankment are a 10-minute walk away. there are plenty of restaurants and creperie 2 steps away, really great location.

The apartment was lovely. Light, comfy, more spacious than you might think. A cosy design and style. Well located, a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk to the coast, easy access to town and area. Independent access to apartment with balcony, but above Valerie and Christopher if anything needed.
