Clean and nice place. An enclosed exterior so ideal if children (and animals which is our case). 5-minute walk to the sea by a rather pleasant little path. I recommend it.

We love it soooo much that we already booked it again! Best place to travel with your dogs, they can run in the garden and go for long walks in the dunes! Solenn has been super friendly and helpful! Definitely a place to recommend!

Very charming and atypical accommodation as advertised, and really micro house, ideal for a night, for a stopover on our bike tour. We were able to enjoy the small courtyard sheltered from the wind.

We had a great time at Myriam's place. The house is very nice and very well-equipped, nothing is missing. The location is fabulous with great views and direct access to the coastal trail. We'll be happy to go back!

Fabulous spot for our family holiday. from the deck chairs, kids toys, Nespresso machine so many little things included that made our holiday such a great one. It's right on the beach and walking distance to a boulangerie, intermarche, a train station going to Nantes and Paris and all the great restaurants in le crosic and batz súr mer. Also really enjoyed the various running routes and the kids loved the pool. It's very quite in the area I. May with beautiful sunsets. A relaxing break.

A perfect stay in a beautiful, clean house, in perfect condition, allowing 3 couples to live together without being on top of each other. Immediate proximity to the sea and the beach, a balcony with sea view for breakfast, and a well-equipped place to stay that makes you feel at home. Tracy was super responsive to all our requests, it was really ideal conditions for discovering the surroundings. We would recommend it in a second!

Very nice cottage with cozy decor, very well equipped and very clean! Maëva and Cyrille redouble their small attentions to make you have a great stay. Ideal location to discover in a few days the seaside of Pornic in Saint Brévin (trails) and the large beaches, located a few hundred meters away on foot. The large living-dining-kitchen overlooks a green garden with the beach at the foot of the garden. An extremely pleasant and intimate small private terrace. The rest of the land is shared but we did not meet the owners of the entire stay. The house is bright and tastefully decorated. The place is very nice in a quiet area of Piriac while being a 5-minute walk from the center. I highly recommend this home and hope to be able to come back soon Thank you for this unforgettable stay
