House vacation rentals in Peñarroya-Pueblonuevo

Stayed at Inma’s place for a week. Beautiful gardens, well looked after and so private. The pool is clean and good size. House is very spacious and clean. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is good as next town is less than 5minutes by car. Inma is a very friendly and helpful host. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for peace and quiet, enjoy the silence and privacy.

Very beautiful villa located on the heights of Constantina, the panorama was breathtaking. The house is comfortable and good size to accommodate everyone. In addition, we were well received by our host. We really enjoyed our stay thanks to the facilities that the house offered, I recommend!

We visited Sierra Norte on the December long weekend and everything went very well. The house is spectacular, much better than it looks in the photos, it doesn't lack a single detail. Juliana, the person in charge of welcoming you, was very kind to us. She helps you and explains everything perfectly. The living room is very large, the fireplace is what we liked the most and the heating throughout the house makes you feel very comfortable, just like at home. Very clean bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen. In addition, the area is quiet, you sleep without a sound. Around the house you have a chestnut grove for a walk and all this is joined by the visits you can make to towns such as Constantina (two minutes by car), San Nicolas and Cazalla. You can do routes through Cerro del Hierro, Ribera del Hueznar, etc... Everything is wonderful, we will definitely be back in this house that we fell in love with. In the Sierra Norte we felt right at home. WE'LL BE BACK! Many thanks to Amparo and Juliana.

Everything was very good, good communication with Antonio Javier and perfect accommodation for whatever we needed. Very well located and very quiet.

Enrique and Immaculate were very kind, they were waiting for us with everything prepared. They gave us a pleasant surprise because we were going with my older mother and we were worried about the pool that was uncomfortable for her and surprise she was able to bathe without a problem and had an outdoor bathroom that also doesn't come out in the photos that was great for everyone, we were showering there when leaving the pool without having to enter the house. Enrique has been very attentive to any need. We appreciate it very much. The house was very clean. We had a great time. Thank you very much Enrique and Immaculate. We'll do it again.

Vanessa's place was great. There was everything you needed. The beds were very comfortable, the house was clean and the neighborhood is very beautiful and peaceful. Recommended!

The location of the Airbnb is perfect, 5 minutes from the Plaza de las Tendillas, with a supermarket, cafes and bakeries 4 minutes away. The accommodation is very complete in terms of household items and the host is very attentive to messages and any needs that may arise. Being in the center, a permit is required to enter by car and a maximum of 2 per week can be given: 1 on the day of arrival and another for an excursion if you want to go to surrounding towns. The place is very nice and quiet. As a suggestion for improvement, we could only say that the small rooms, as they are in terms of mattresses and bed bases, are not the most suitable for adults. But for the rest a 10.

Susana was not just a regular host, she went above and beyond anyone we have ever had as a host. She made sure we had all the information we could possibly have, was proactive at communicating with us, made sure we didn’t get lost. She gave us great recommendations and was very helpful, supportive and very nice. Like an old friend who lives in Spain! The house is well located, close to many attractions. Because of the central location was a bit noisy at night (from the neighbors). But it wasn’t too bad. We did have a little hiccup with the electricity but it ended up being a power strip. We definitely felt welcome and enjoyed our stay in Cordoba!

Unique Airbnb in great location- short walk to Mezquita and patios. Loved the exposed old stonework and that we got to view the Semana Santa processions go past the front door from the roof terrace. Points to note for future guests- the apartment is arranged over 4 floors with the (lovely) roof terrace on top and would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues, also there is some traffic noise from the street outside but this was outweighed by great location and both an express supermarket and fantastic gastro-tapas (Garum 2.1) at the end of the street.

The apartment is in a very quiet residential area. At the door there is a bus stop that leaves you in 15 minutes in the center. Very friendly and attentive hosts. Very spacious living room-kitchen with all the necessary utensils. I was repeating again.

Rafaela is a host of 10, friendly, with initiative and willing to help at all times. The house is very well cared for, in a quiet street, in a small town very well cared for and at the same time perfectly located for possible routes through the Los Pedroches area. Easy to park and very quiet at night without noise. It's been a real pleasure.

We've been very comfortable in the house. Very clean and fluid communication with Pablo. The house has everything you need. Maybe soap for clothes or it was nice and not having to buy it just for a washing machine. But it's a small touch. You also have to pay the parking 10€ a night and being two families we had to pay 20€ a night a little expensive in my opinion. But parking is fatal nearby. But it is well located in that it is close to 3 bars and a supermarket. The views of the castle are good and in general the house is recommended and very comfortable. Pablo is very nice and always communicative.

With Juan José the communication and clarity has been perfect, the house is suitable for rest and disconnect. The situation of the house is perfect for disconnecting but there are no amenities in the hamlet. So if you want bars and supermarkets you will have to approach the nearby village that is just 10 kilometers away. The house is perfect and just as described. The best was the clarity with which you can talk to the owner.

We had a wonderful stay at Paloma’s and would highly recommend it to anyone. It’s a great typical house in the historic area. Lots of room.

Comfortable camadas, we had a problem with the hot water and they solved it in just 15 minutes. The area is very quiet but away from the city if the purpose is to go to sightseeing, if you want to rest the location is perfect. They welcomed us themselves and showed us the house, which is appreciated.
