Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Pelayos de la Presa

We had a great family weekend. The house had everything, Ana and Alberto were very attentive.

We had a great weekend, three couples of friends with small children. The house was clean and had everything you need, exactly as described. One room downstairs and three bedrooms above, two bathtubs that come great with children. Although we were unable to use the pool because it was not seasonal, it was fenced and is an extra quiet with the children. Yes they used the trampoline a lot and the spacious patio, Beatriz even left a small swing and slide although it was already a bit old. The only thing is that around the house there is not much to do and there is some big park in the village, but there are many restaurants and some routes within a few minutes by car. We really liked it.

Great place we felt like home

We have been very comfortable in the house. The common areas and the porch give rise to spending time together for both adults and children. Despite the cold on the street, the heating is wonderful because it has underfloor heating. We had a small problem with the BBQ that Alberto solved immediately. We don't have a complaint

Javier is a good host, the house is adapted to the description of the listing, very welcoming. Maybe a little more kitchenware was missing. Like some glass of wine or cup of coffee. The house is not totally independent on the land of the owner so the intimacy is not total. Definitely a nice place to stay. Javier was very attentive to everything.

Despite the rain over the weekend, we had a very good two days at Andrés' house, which has a covered outdoor area. We highly recommend this place.

They welcomed us warmly, gave us all kinds of recommendations and made us feel right at home. The house and the setting are spectacular to rest and enjoy with the family. There is little phone coverage, which made us disconnect completely. We really enjoyed the fireplace and great walks in the area. Our children enjoyed it very much and there were also all kinds of games in the house for their entertainment.

Joanna is so responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind. She provided the perfect home away from home for our time in Madrid. Not only is it located is an absolute picturesque and walkable neighborhood, allowing us to experience the city as locals…her balcony served as the a stunning location for our first look wedding photos. 10/10

I had such an incredible stay! Even in the heart of the city, it was extremely quiet and peaceful. I loved the outside terrace. Honestly it's the best place I've ever stayed in Madrid! I am looking forward to going back! Highly recommend! You can tell it is furnished and taken care of with love.

The apartment was very practical for us, we arrived easily and we were able to keep the car throughout the stay since the connection with the center is very good with the subway. Everything was right, clean and ready to use, with lots of kitchenware. A pleasant atmosphere thanks to the heating that worked perfectly. We didn't use it because of the weather, but we saw that it also had air conditioning on both floors. It has a terrace that would have been great, but the weather was not good and the rain prevented us from using it. I think it's important to note that not all the windows have blinds, so light comes in at dawn. This, depending on your taste, can be a point for or against, but I think it's important to know.

Maria and Jesus were so friendly and helpful. Their place is lovely. Clean. Central. I would really recommend it.

The apartment was beautiful and with an amazing location close to nice restaurants, Puertas de Alcalá and Parque de el Retiro. My family and I had a great experience with the apartment which was very nicely decorated, clean and spacious for families. It was our first time in Madrid and we couldn’t have chosen a better location and apartment. I highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling with family. Thank you Azu & Dani for hosting us. Nice apartment near the city and with many nice bakeries and cafes in the street. Bus 9 is perfect to commute. The facilities are top notch and love the patio. The apartment is modern and well equipped. Just the entry system lock and app is not really convenient.

Very good value for money, with a good view and a nice overall atmosphere. The full-size kitchen was a great bonus, making the stay even more convenient. Would definitely recommend!

It was a wonderful place to explore the region. We were even able to go for a trail run straight from the apartment up to El Yelmo. Would repeat!

Wonderful apartment, very clean, in a very quiet place and close to Madrid . Clean, everything is done to be welcomed . A mercadona is next door , you can walk there. Close to restaurants! Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.

Carlo’s apartment was very well maintained and centrally located within walking distance to all the sites and museums we wanted to visit. The apartment was very spacious, we never felt crowded and the eight of us had no problems falling asleep. You can make a quick breakfast in the kitchen or go out for breakfast! Highly recommended!
